    My IGN name is Arcanè on the EU server and I purchased the package a good 15-20 minutes ago. I purchased it from the TERA store, this is all the package provides;

    Once purchased I claimed everything from item-claim, even the boost-- but when I went to go look for it in my inventory it wasn't anywhere to be found. I've put a ticket in I would really prefer it didn't take 5 days to get a reply after spend $200, some of which to buy this boost for my character.
