embarrassing how this is atm, Mystel is the most active and populated server yet the msot fuked atm

thanks for the compensation which requires for me to be logged in the game, however the server is unavailable and i cannot play so what comes next? in all seriousness WTF are you people at gameforge doing?

Gameforge Please advise why you have not addressed this issue so far, for the past months that i have been playing i have noticed an increase in instability of servers, note that this is a structural problem and not "server hiccups". An official response is required and an action plan how to tackle the issue from your side.

what is going to be done to compensate players which bought Tera club and are unable to play the game normally for the past week or so? when buying tera club i can assure you that server crashes and laggs were not in the description or part of the 12,50 euro which is preventing me from playing the game.

i am slowly getting tired of this game, every day i come from work try to login and play a little but the servers keep crashing or heavy lagg which is preventing me to play normally. Meanwhile my tera club days are counting down and there is no feedback on the servers issues from gameforge at all, its like you seriously dont even care. i can tell you one thing and that is that im slowly leaning towards quitting the game. while 1 person quitting wont have any influence or none might care, i can however guarantee that im not the only one feeling this way.
