Well, maybe the issue is with the hardware the servers run on :-O Have you considered that option? Sorry for being sarcastic, but I just have to...

And regarding the compensation – it is not only about weekly instance limits and our TC just running out. It is also about the time that people spend clearing an instance and then just get totally nothing because the server crashes before they kill the final boss. Wow, can you even imagine if we still had instances of a length similar to Wonderholme?

And now it seems to have crashed right away again... those uptime moments are shortening drastically
