Same problem for me,never had any account before my friend suggested me Tera,made account tried to play,press launcher play boom account banned I was like really ? Gameforge really need to adress this issue.

I sent ticket to Gameforge regarding Tera game.My issue is the following,on my very 1st time I tried to log and I got an pop up window Account hase been blocked.Contact support.I did send ticket last Friday 05 and yet no reply from Gameforge.I dont really know what to do anymore.This is so bad experience for new players like me who want to try out game but we cant and we have to wait several week I guess.
Can you guys help me out and provide some info how to solve it,I would appreciate it
