The majority of guilds atleast onz Yurian couldn't enter GvG due to a bug introduced in the last patch. Understandable that you missed that bug Gameforge but not excusable.
You better thin atleast of a proper compensation, ideally of a way to revert this GvG and return all the gold to the jackpot. Most guilds that usually participate in GvG didn't get a chance at this pot and it was the largest in a long while.
