Is it intended that the Surprise Box: Brave Partners is purchasable only once per day? I remember you could just buy however many you wanted in the past. Seems really odd to make it like this.

Every time there is maintenance happening and my launcher attempts to update the game, it always gets stuck at a random percentage. After several minutes finally it continues again but gets stuck again and and again. I tried restarting my PC and closing/re-opening launcher but it doesn't fix it. Pretty annoying, having to deal with this every week.

Please help!

UPDATE: I tried reinstalling the whole game and it worked. After reinstalling a window popped up when I pressed "Play" asking to allow Tera through the firewall which didn't happen before, so I'm guessing it was a firewall issue.

After downloading the new patch I press Play and this window opens as usual:

But then it just closes and nothing happens at all. The "Playing" button changes back to "Play". It's not running in the background processes either.

*Using the normal Tera Launcher, not through Steam.

I happily welcome the RU players and glad to see the population grow however, I must say it's become really difficult to communicate especially in battlegrounds when I'm trying to lead and call out things and people are just talking and responding in Russian and I don't understand anything about what's going on. I would love to interact with them and talk but they basically rather communicate with each other which makes me feel excluded even though they are the new ones.
