Thought I might share a video here, people in EU have been good to me 
It's more of a general tribute to the game, no matter what state it is in I did play it since 2013 in an on and off manner lately.

It's becoming really complex to understand what goes through the decision making process in regards of these events.. If you look at any other game, or even same game but different continents, for some reason the rewards are actually worth the grind?
Now I can only assume that people are actually paying up left and right even for these irrelevant event items, otherwise even from a business perspective, it's means of discouraging players from expecting anything good in the future and hence opposite of profitable.
Correct me if I'm wrong, hardworking people of Gameforge.

How much would you rate the service of the support team between 1 and 5 when 1 is worst, and 5 is best?
From my personal experience a 4.5, they've always resolved any issues I've had with only downside being waiting times (this time it's ok since it's holidays ofc).

Just to let anyone else with the same issue know, support has resolved this for me and sent 5 glyph point item through parcel post

Since support hasn't responded to me within nearly a week now, I'm hoping I might get noticed here instead, maybe..?
Since I got back into the game I was level 65 with Apex and 60 Glyph Points, as I leveled up to 70 I never got any extra (Apparently I'm supposed to have 65).
Yes I have used the APEX glyph point item in the past.
I've had people I know receive their support responses within 2 days, so this is why I'm posting here.
My IGN is Skeet_Skeet (Mystel).
