This game is awesome and we love it very much, but also a lot to start leaving it or hating it.
✦ Already to talk about a basic server issue, you've merged Mystel and Killian, but what about the remaining servers? Seren dies and the few good and active players of Seren must switch on Mystel to hope a little game Yes this problem concerns only few players, since indeed we are little on the French server but we must still talk about it .
For a good player, Seren = dead, inactive, no competition.
✦ A more elaborate guide would be welcome for new players. I see players without crystals, without underwear, without consumption in dungeons because they don't know what to take. It would be better to guide them a little; because many will get tired of this lack of information's / help. Although former players might help them, it's not always easy for newcomers to ask. So you could put in the game a registry of good volunteer players to help the new ones, it would be part of the community spirit and allow everyone to enjoy the game while discovering all the wonderful facets you have access to. A small list in the menu, with good players volunteers that sorted by class (and why not by spoken languages) would already be a good point.
✦ Then about dungeons, the new players are very happy because they discover and have access to so much dungeon. But we, the veteran players, having everything cleared, we still have fun ? Apart from farm an instance where the loot rate is awful (3 gold on 40 clear of AQ for the whole group), we have no challenge. We do not take any damage anywhere anymore, so how can we have fun ? Instead of adding content like new islands, you could add content thinking about endgame players, new dungeons where we spend a week studying the patterns before the down, those kinds of things that make us love the game and go back to our tryhard spirit.
✦ Small dot a little « e-girl », but it would be nice also to renew the permanent skins of the shop from time to time. (Small suggestion : Let the players make fanart, and adapt those in the game, via contests or something else.)
✦ Regarding Exodor it's beautiful yes, but such content with a single new dungeon, really ? The quests amused us four hours in all, no more. Discovering the world and the world bosses amused us for an hour, no more. The dungeon amused us for three runs, no more (especially given the loot rate, or even higher point). We want gold ? We take it to the broker and we buy the compositions in the shop. Nice. Not very interesting The dungeon ? Fell in a lot less try than I have fingers on one hand. Exodor had a real potention, but the more we advance on the patch, the more we discover that the content is poor, and that the farm must be an instance for the stuff, unless we cash shop again and again . And even our money will not allow us to have the perfect gold with the good stats. (And I pass on the card loot rate, because I have been told that this should be improved.)
✦ I still want to say that publishers are great but much too restrained by the developers. If you want to continue to make Tera a great game, you have to listen to those who spend time there.
