There is a Bug with Smart Boxes , we cant open it

Hi, I play on mystel server, I can't open Smart boxes at all, I tried relog, I tried on other characters, I gave boxes to some friends to try to open them and it doesn't work, I made a ticket and after 4 days I still haven't an answer, I don't know what happens or when it will be solved, does anyone have a suggestion, or does anyone know when it will be solved, does anyone have this problem or does my account just have a problem

There is a problem with Smart boxes, we can't open them, I tried relog, nobody can open these boxes, what happens and when will it be solved? thank you

The problem still exists, I ask someone from the staff to solve this small error if possible, or at least tell us when it will be solved , no one can open Smart box
