Np friend I contacted support and asked if I could get such a reset. But take ur last ticket and read closely: it says the daily login, so the one thing u get from post u get on the first character u log in. Ur nice support guy simply switched the topic on u or didn't understand what u said anyway I guess

So basically Polan didn't understand anything of what I was referring to even if I provided screenshots of what I was talking about, and if this is not enough, he told me that he recognizes that the mistake is something that comes from them because he admitted that they didn't provide any information in any official way regarding this BUT they did the same thing AGAIN since they added some new features to the character event but they didn't say anything about it AGAIN + they didn't fix it.
At this point I hope that they will give some sort of compensation for this issue since they even admitted that it's their fault. -

Seems like they changed their mind. It looks like they're willing to help me but Polan is just giving me nosense answers. I hope they can manage to fix this issue somehow.
