People who want to add their already downloaded game to launcher. To fix this problem, let's say your game file is "TERA", create a new folder named "Tera" Click "add game" in launcher and select the newly created empty folder. Close the launcher. Start launcher and check what is it showing. It should be doing file check. If that's the case close it again ( Make sure it isn't minimized ). Move the files in "TERA" to "Tera" folder ( You can copy them instead to keep them until confirming the process worked to not loose your original files ). Open launcher. It should be showing Play button if your game is up to date. Otherwise it might do file check or update.
