4. Make dungeons that not require the traditional T/H/D combination, rather let any combination be possible at same difficulty.
People are just waiting in LFGs for ages looking for role that in shortage. Let's end it now.
I like the idea but how are you going to implement this? E.g. if it is a 3 man dungeon, T+D+H will almost always be optimal. If you have 3 DDs, the boss will turn all the time, which is really annoying, because noone is holding aggro (no tank). And who is going to heal if you take damage? Or replenish mana? The classes are balanced around T/D/H combination, so it would be really hard to make a dungeon that can be run with different compositions.
