TL;DR - Stop behaving like a child, and you'll stop being treated like one. Stop breaking the rules, and your threads won't have to be locked and you be warned or even banned. Etc, etc. I already put more effort than I originally intended into this thread and can't really bother anymore.
Does getting "getting punished" or getting "silenced" "locked" whatever you wanna call it when we get locked thread for breaking some rules apply only on us? Us being the players in this case, or does it apply on the employees too?
Becasuse all i see is people openly complaining about the support NOT doing their job.
But instead of everyone else turning its focus on WHY people are complaining about the support not doing its job they just simply get their mouth shut because the CM's have nothing to say?
Maybe they shouldnt be a CM if they got nothing to say 97% of the time, and when they DO have something to say its this

Like ???????? Whats their job if its not communicating with the community and trying to help in any way? IT says in the name COMMINUTY MANAGER , not Thread LOCK MANAGER.
So my question still stands does the punishing/locking whatever only applies to US or do they do something about that Polan ignoring/closing tickets for some reasons that only work in HIS world, because none of us are 10 year old kids who never communicated with supports in any other game, we know a thing or two how support works and how it SHOULD work.
