To begin with, i never posted in a forum before so i hope i am in the right place and i apologies in advance if i am not..

So, after recently coming back to this amazing game, i played for a few days and now i can no longer connect to tera.

While launching tera, as usual i entered my Password and it did not work after several tries. Believing of some sort of hack, i changed it quickly.

Unfortunately, after creating my new password, i have this message "account blocked, please contact support" in the launcher.

So my issue is as followed: My account is blocked and i need to contact support - to contact support i need to login to the website - i can't login to the website as my account is blocked..

despite researching on the web i did not find any solution.

I did not link my account to steam, i am launching the game through the original launcher.

If you have any idea what to do or where to go, it would be amazing!
