Those are more like guidelines and under no circumstance you should take them into consideration, they are not meant for you it's for Gameforge to use as legal tender.

Registering an account is not the same as signing a contract, by playing on the Gameforge servers you accept the Terms&Conditions policy unconditionally and you can be subjected to the rules for whatever reason they might consider to apply for your case (regarding the n-word problem).

Fiat currency/credit or any other payment used to purchase in-game items cannot be considered as an investment, Gameforge owns the publishing and intelectual rights. Your account along with the items, characters, models, mounts is the property of Gameforge, not your own, even though you bought it it's not your property but merely a lease or permit to use their trademarked and registered property. Therefore you cannot resell your account/items or any digital goods inside the game for currency/goods other than the one provided in-game by the publisher. (Can't sell stuff for $ only in-game gold/items).

They are not obligated to notify you of the ban/warning, not even a reason is needed in order to take such actions.

And to add stats use the Infuse Tab in the inventory, it's next to Dismantle, select the piece of jewelry you want to infuse and add the stone. The stone has 6 bonuses, on your jewelry you only get 2 bonuses selected at random.

You can buy the stones from the broker (eg:type necklace stone), make sure you check twice what you buy, stones can have PvE or PvP bonuses, stones with good options are very expensive, as said above they also drop from 501 dungeons.

Check patch 93 Patch Notes 93: Powerful Skills - Patch Notes - TERA Gameforge to know that to look for as bonuses corresponding to the class you play.

That transition was not a good thing to NA, Eme had it's good and bad time. I remember when a lot of players migrated to NA because EU was too much too handle.

I'm not seeing that happening anytime soon but every new content added only looks good on paper, in practice it's super rng based and forced scarcity, take for example the last haildom/relic event, after getting t5 fairly easy most players started to spam global 'We're getting new haildoms/relics' and for good reason, when it gets easy to upgrade current gear it's soon going to be replaced.

I hate the low drop, I'm staying with triple digit number of horns in the bank and not upgrading because I ran out of wing fragments, why even run cat as a chore... and I have that despite the fact that I never even attempted a hard cat clear, just like most of the players, should I do the same now with gardan, it just feels so wrong.

Hello, first activate the statue (press F the lancer will then proceed to attack and tank the boss), the only wipe happens at the skulls and it will always start at 35%.

You only have to take 1 skull and after 9-10 seconds touch your buff with the lancer, he already has it.

Hotasduck Lootboxes are still legal, no decision has been taken yet to ban them although some countries might push harder for the ban. It's in hiatus since 2019 but since the boxes make a lot of money they won't go away soon (this is for EU).

If I remember correctly something like this with the Vanilla Tera server has already been tried during the stormcry gear patch, ask somebody that remembers better than I do and that was a temporary server for a reason.

I'm just telling from past experiences what you should expect compared to what you actually want to get friend.
