None of offence, but instead of creating the forum's thread, better would help filling/maintaining a wiki (Gathering) (follow the gathering types' links), it is not much harder than posting this here.

These "weird" variations you see in PvE are purely because of that Tera tries to make PvP diverse and classes different. its not so too verry easy and sometimes impossible to support this and PvE together.
And the PvE must to do not affect the PvP, so using words like "issue/problem" "bad/.." in such cases are insane, and you have to do not propose/{ask about} any changes basing only on PvE.
