OK thanks. It was to know if the end could get me an answer. I understand that the dates is more complicated but I spent 1 week waiting with the account blocked first in theory was for payments and now for some Steam and the last time I played the same account blocked, it is a bit frustrating

Does the company's support team not work over the weekend? and if so, would it have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday?
