Because past few weeks or months we have pretty nice lack of these consumables.

We had an amazing guardian event to reduce the gap between us and other regions in case of XP. As well, we have upcoming BUNYY BUFFS... with increased XP from open world and dungeons... and in the end, can we have "kappa" emote here? Could use it like 4 times in this reply. 
You can do easy tho quests in 15-20min.. so, there's no difference. Just another way of farming... and if is it as event you might expect abit higher XP rewards than this.

i'm honestly wondering, if is this any sort of April fun from Gameforge side.. but seriously. 7 000 000 XP per 1 guardian ? Thats not boost for us, thats just another way of farming like monkey. In this case is it 40x 7 000 000 thats 280 000 000 XP... thats same as 10 daily Q In Tria or around 112 BAM's probably.

Just to update for you "Pulsating Essence" drops from everything with rare rate. So Ores/Essences/Fiber.
I just dont understand why you are talking about it here... it doesnt have anything to do with Ninja passives.
It is just a little bit buggy.
Sometimes CD on BH doesnt appear properly, or BH isn't dealing any DMG... can say, even if it doesnt deal any DMG ninja Chi goes down, until zero.
It's happening only outside Inner Harmony.
Same bug might be for Fire Avalanche... CD appear just later by like 20sec (after 3rd use) or FA is ignoring all what you do. As well outside of Inner Harmony.
