Join Tera Priest&Mystic discord -> Game Optimization tab -> do as told and check if that helps.

It shows that i will get 7m xp on each character but....
they said that xp gained will depend on your lvl??
Edit:
Lvl 65-66 gets 7m xp
Lvl 67 gets 9.7m xp
