This is the issue that I am having on ninja regarding Impact Bomb

I been running some dungeons on ninjas along with doing BAMS. I know there are known issues with the passive. But, I noticed that smoke bomb does not work. I still take damage while in smoke bomb. Also, Impact Bomb teleports you right at the monster. It is supposed to push you back, instead it acts like Deco Jutsu.

I am twisthard and a long way from apex. When I use Burning Heart and Fire Avalanche, it does 0 damage. Anyone else having this issue?
