GF seems to have dumped the concept of selling items for direct sale like before, and hid a bunch of weapon skins behind these Heroic Chests. How do they work? Do I get to pick which skin I want from them according to the list, or are these essentially 20€ loot boxes in which I can spend hundreds of euros and fail to get the skin I was looking for?...

As I predicted, Support was unable to provide assistance with this matter and another one regarding my account's CE status. Why does CS handle things so poorly?

I obviously can't keep two entire separate clients installed for this. This is what made me stop playing entirely back when the migration happened. Even though both accounts are connected under the same email address, I am unable to play both of them through the same means (my EU account from 2013 and my NA account from 2015).
What the hell am I supposed to do? This is infuriating.
