From what i see from this post seems to be intended, they didnt specify if they would ahve fix the tooltip or the effect tho, and looks like they fixed the effect.

So, i asked around and to access to the account management page (and aswell to the option to buy TT or Tera Club) you have to click on your nickname on the launcher and it will redirect into the browser

The site is this (if you are not online it will redirect to the new website, but if you are online it will redirect to the correct page, or not? idk anymore is really buggy)
Wich is basically the old website account management page...I really really dislike this new website so far, hope it gets improved with more redirect links/infos etc

I don't know what they did but this is legitly horrible, heal is delayed compared to the animation at every attack speed (worse at lower attack speed)
Also the mana became so much worse with this patch compared to before, yesterday for the first time i lost my auras during a dreadspire run because i ran out of mana.

He's able to log again even tho the change of internet provider didn't happen yet, noone of the 3 parts (my friends, gameforge and the internet provider of my friend) knows what happened

Hello, i'm writing for a friend of mine that since friday evening is not able to connect to the game and any gameforge related website (he suddenly just dced from the game): the launcher gives him this error while every gameforge website doesnt load, like in this screenshoot (is in italian but is just the usual not being able to access to a website).
His provider says there's no problem by their side, so he tried to contact support and got a reply just this morning since it was weekend and got told that is not a problem by their side either:

He did what he got told to do but nothing, he also tried a factory reset of the modem but still nothing to do, currently waiting for a next answer from the support.
He can access by using his mobile connection or by using a VPN (with the VPN tho he can't log in since they are banned).
Did anyone else else got a similar problem in past and would be able to help? Or is actually a problem by their side, unlike support said?
