Lol. It is not that. Keys appear completely unavaliable for me. I cant even click on em. Only a few items appear to be purchasable (of course most of em the expensive ones...) . This is happening since i started playing 2 months ago lol. Do i need to play for years to be able to buy stuff?? i dont get it.

I thought it was a common problem, but i see its only me. Oh well. And since nobody has the same problem, i guess im stuck without being able to buy more than half of the item stack from the shop.

Well, i wasnt asking about "easy" ways, just any way to get em besides tradebroker lol. So all the players adquire keys from the jackpot only??

So, ive been playing for a while now, and i wanted to start buying some keys by time to time, maybe a 3 or 4 per week, but i noticed that the only way to buy em is through the tradebroker, since i am not able to buy em from the tera shop. I never was able to. Is there any other way besides the tradebroker, or is it the only way? how do players get strongbox keys these days if it is not through the tera shop???

You obviously didnt play other mmorpgs. I can tell you that some of them, avoid bug fixing almost completely, to the point that you are not going to find a bug present in the game since years ago, you are going to find hundreds of them, because they just wont fix anything because they dont need to, they keep piling up money without even worrying about fixing anything. I could tell you some games where you can see this, but i wont. The point is, be happy for what you have because with all the bugs, the game is not a total mess like other mmorpgs.

And for the record, it does not seem a game specific bug but something in your end. I assume you checked your firewalls, antivirus, your router, etc just in case you have connection issues? also this is going to be a pain but did you try to re-install the game?

Nah, i dont plan to buy more rng boxes for now, maybe one every week and thats about it. Im not a gambler. I understand about costumes not being able to wear for some races or genders, but things like those rng boxes, should be available for any character , race or whatever. I also see many other items blocked for some reason and as the rng boxes shouldnt depend on those factors. I have half of the shop blocked, my characters are 40 and 26 so i really dont have a clue lol. But well, i will keep playing becasue im sure im missing something.

Hi, im new player to Tera as well, but i can tell you some things relying on my experience playing mmorpgs for 10 years now.

a) the game of course is still alive. As new player i noticed that maybe the population is a bit low, but the game seems pretty "alive".
b) as i noticed, dungeons are basically reserved to high level players, like in almost any other mmorpg, and as almost like in any other mmorpg, you will gain access to more and more dungeons as you level up. As the other guy said i noticed that queuing for low level dungeons sometimes its a pain. I myself got stuck in the main story line for 2 days with a character because i couldnt get to do the bastion of lok queue. The instance matching was endless. But i guess its different for high level dungeons (i hope).
c) the community of almost every single mmorpg that actually bothers to use the general chat is always toxic. You cant avoid that, not in Tera not in almost any other mmorpg. It is how it is. If you want to avoid it, dont use general chat or use private (again, as any other mmorpg).
d) If you say that you get bored or that you think the game is dying, why the rush to level up and gain exp? thats something i never understood in mmorpgs. The fastest you level up, the fastest you do everything, the worst it is. Just focus on having fun, not on gaining exp at all costs, its an advise....

Well, i didnt try costumes yet because they are incredibly expensive for some reason, and i dont think im ever going to pay something like that just for a costume, but i did that with other items (a new window popup appears as you say) but it didnt work.

Hm, i undestrand that but, for example, that box that cost 49 Thalers with the chance to get a wyvern mount, for example, why i cant buy that? i did it for my level 30 character. But when i try to do it for my level 14 (now) character, it wont let me. Same with other "regular" items. Problem is, since there is not a single clue, like a tooltip or whatever telling me why i cant buy it.. im totally lost. Tried to buy strongbox keys (or whatever they are called, cant remember now) and same , i cant. So, in the end i am looking at the screen asking myself , what i am actually able to buy lol?.

Been playing for about almost 2 weeks now, and i decided to make a purchase from the tera shop. But what is my surprise that most of the items are not available for buying. I can buy some things like some featured packs, or expensive items but some of em (almost half of em actually) are blocked and i cant even click on "buy".

Is there any restriction? do i need to play more time or level my character up? the one im trying to buy for is only level 12.

I was trying to complete the monument achievement but when i go to dragonfall, temple of iskander and i find the puzzling monument, nothing happens. I dont get the achievemnt. I was wondering if its bugged somehow.

Is there any workaround or is it broken?
