its not bugged just do the purple "important" quest before that. Also, not worth coming back to the game, i recommend looking for new game.

not worth to come back to this game, better wait for other new games that about to come. the forum is approximation of the population in game.

Just log in to them and check if it has any valuable items, in this case take it. Later you can ask to delete if it bothers you but i don't see reason, its just there.

Just to let anyone else with the same issue know, support has resolved this for me and sent 5 glyph point item through parcel post
