you don't have enough item lvl.

its just visual bug, you still got your progress, if u advance it you see it, but if you change location you wont see. everything is under control.

why we need to contact bhs? you should try contact support to let them contact bhs. also its not bhs anymore its krafton.

check bank or mail, maybe he got when his inventory was full. worst case contact support.

its probably bug , contact support, let them know

1. you don't need story quests for lvling if that's your goal.

2. you can abandon and start over quests usually.
