lvl wont matter but if you enchant your gear it will help.

Mythical gear doesn't exist yet, but it is supposed to crafted out of HO and legendary gear.
it does, in KTERA, we will have it soon. you need to have HO gear + golden gear to make mythical .

Thank you both for the answers. It's kinda laughable that this is the only legit way to get feedstock, gear ok i would prefer much more the collect mats and craft model instead of pure rng but whatever we all say is in vain anyways. The sad thing is there is no way we get new players like this, even for veterans this system is repulsive.

From my personal experience a 4.5, they've always resolved any issues I've had with only downside being waiting times (this time it's ok since it's holidays ofc).
