- Hello to all friends in misfortune, I faced the same problem with the VIP panel. Immediately after downloading patch 108, many ppl had an error with sending packets to the server. As a result, many innocent people have suffered.
- I was one of them. Like any other person, when I saw the freebie, I tried to dial as much as I could :) Who would have thought that he would come back to haunt us just like that, because after all the shoals gf to get a permanent ban for, in fact, THEIR mistake, in my opinion, it is not fair. I'm sure they knew about this bug before they got banned, and even more, they knew that a lot of people took advantage of it (it's obvious)
- Therefore, I do not understand at all why it was impossible to notify all the players, like "we know what the situation is, please, everyone who took more VIP items than they should, throw them out or something like that ..." I believe that this is very arrogant of them, because after all, we are their players who pay them money and play their game (I don’t know why).
- It was like this: after finding an error in the launcher, I, like any other player, wrote in support. To which I got the answer:

- Unfortunately, we had to determine the following offense committed by you against our ToS and/or gamerules:
- TYPEYour account has been permanently blocked on 08/20/2021 for heavily exploiting TERA Club.
- Under the EULA and ToS agreement you accepted when entering the game, we reserve the right to remove players and accounts that have broken these. We have to inform you that we terminate our contract extraordinarily.

- Well ... it seems like it's my fault and it's all, BUT
- I was not shown any clause or article from the agreement that I violated (I am not satisfied with the wording "tough exploitation of Tera Club")
- Of course, I wrote to them about this, and asked if it is possible to appeal? In the end, this all happened because of their mistake, not because of some of my actions (I understand that I have abused the bug): I have not used TeraToolbox or other third party software that violates their terms of agreement. to which I got the following as an answer:

- If you continue to reply or create new tickets about this case, we will have no choice but to view this as attempted spam and harassment of the support system and will be forced to revoke your right to access this system.
- My request for proof or at least some confirmation of my violation of the terms was simply ignored, after which they just shut my mouth, they say, do not write to us anymore, otherwise we will throw you into spam or ban you on the forum
- But even after that, I wrote:
- I apologize for abusing this bug. For now, these boxes do not harm the game's economy. If you think otherwise, then could you indicate the amount by which I caused damage. I am ready to pay a fine in game currency and get a temporary ban, I have not used any third-party programs. In addition, I bought a VIP status for a year, of which ~ 150 days were left. Please come to my meeting, this was the first and last time. I am a respectable player who has never broken the rules before. There was a misunderstanding. Let's find a peaceful solution to this problem, a compromise. Please, I ask you to remove these items from my account and give me back access to it.
