hello , i havent played tera in 2 year, i downloaded the game last night and since there i lost all my char on srv mystel, i have the same account and pw, althouth when i logged last day i cound not i made a new one with the same email and same pw.
i tried to link the old account i saw a post on how to log but didnt worked.
