Hello people, I don't know how to deal with my problem, so I thougt asking community would be may be helpful.

I explain : I'm an ancien player, i play for 2-3 maybe more years to this game. Last year I stopped, I wanted to come back yesterday, but the site asked me to change my password cause i had a long inactivity (normal) So i did try to change my password but, I can't each time i received an email, I click on the link, and every time (2days now i m trying) the site "an error has occured, ask for support", so I did try but I can't even log on the support cause my account is not activated (due to my long inactivity) and i havn't any activation mail, so i'm betwin 2 walls :

I can't log cause i have no password / I can't log to support for a demand cause my account is not activated and i didn t received the email to activate / I can't change my password cause I have this error on the site... I don't know what to do... Kinda paradox here...

Just for you to know i tried really many things to fix this but now I'm kinda stuck and i would like to make a ticket for the support to see what's going wrong, maybe a tech support could open a ticket for my email adress if he sees this?
