I had read that NA players would be getting a reward based on their Tier before NA Shut down. I was a level 8 and believe it was to come with a title and a costume but I could be mistaken. Just curious on how those would be given out.

Seriously, there are HUMANS, HOMO-SAPIENS OF THE SAME SPECIES AS US working to make this right the first time. I don't plan on spending any money on this game (sorry not sorry I'm on a budget) so these kind people are doing this for me FOR FREE. I literally don't pay their salaries. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, and reminding myself there are REAL PEOPLE working on my issues FOR FREE helps keep me from being an entitled NA brat who just whines that it's not Tera time yet.

Anyone complaining about no servers yet has probably never worked a retail job where Karen's up in your face yelling at you because she bought the wrong size dress 4 months ago and now can't get a return after wearing and washing it twice.

Trust me, if you've ever seen an ArcheAge maintenance go wrong, you have learned to be patient. I once waited a few DAYS to get back ingame after a minute patch.

Right? I used to play a game called Jade Dynasty, and they were having a huge launch of new maps, events, and two new classes. Well, it didn't go as planned. The game was down for two weeks because of all the bugs they didn't bother testing beforehand.

Any serious company would have give an ETA within the day for the servers to go live but they keep saying "today" as the time frame. Something that shows clearly how bad things will be about comunication from the start.

I was looking at EU forums and all I can see are players complaining for all the same thing, "lack of comunication from Fail Forge" and this kinda reminds me of mEME.

I can see GF has whiteknights too, probably paid or with benefits in-game as other company games have on their forums.

Then Leave? No one is holding a gun to your head telling you that you have to play this game. Who cares if it's 4 PM what does that have to do with anything? Do you want it to go live and have events not working? Items not working? So you could come and complain over that too?

I've been here since the Attack on Titan events and support has always taken care of my problem within 24 hours. You are turning this into a much bigger problem than it needs to be.

They will Launch once they are bug tested and everything is working.

I hope so, I didn't get to play much back when I made an acct under EME's servers. Had a crummy CPU. I am hoping to enjoy my day with some 60FPS TERA on my new i7.

I would imagine it will be live very soon, sadly I had to do a clean Reinstall since My Gameforge Launcher kept refusing to actually launch the game so I am just watching it slowly download. I will be excited to get back in and play more so with that tempting Level up event. I just hope all my mounts didn't get nuked because if I lost my pink wolf I may actually cry lol.

They are most likely bug testing to make sure the Level Up event etc are properly working. Why not sit back and give them an actual chance before saying they failed. They never gave an official time and chances are it will go live soon. It's only 3:51 for them it will probably launch around 5:00 their time. So just try to hold out for a while longer.

You should still be able to do MC in stormcry, and if you are under level 70 that is probably the only dungeon you'll be able to do. 10 runs of MC=20 tokens to get the level 70 box. I know for a fact you can do MC, simply because I have a character in full frostmetal that is able to run it.

Hello everyone, maybe someone can help me here. I am trying to set up Tera Classic and if I have it set for fullscreen everything looks great, the moment I tick on Windowed Fullscreen, it makes the screen shrink and no matter what I've done it just keeps happening. Fullscreen is fine, and Windowed looks good as well it's only when I try to do Windowed Fullscreen. Is there a fix for this? I usually tab out a lot to check youtube etc so any help is appreciated.
