If you want a real opinion on which is the actually game status:
If you want to tank do a lancer (no one really want braw in their party and always pick a lancer when they can chose)
if you want to dps do a zerk or a warrior (they are the 2 best class in dps, ninja is actually the worst class in dps, and zerk is really op)
if you want to heal do a mystic (give more buff and more dps instead of a priest)

Just for saying (not that what i'm saying is how you need to play) i find the mana glyph on regeneration circle so worst, maybe "heal" 1.5k MP in 10 second.
Is not better to use the 5 point on healing immersion? the heal buff is pretty nice after the nerf.
Another fact is a good thing to have your regeneration circle CD glyph active instead of lock on range and target, so you can use it at CD to put 5% dmg reduction and HoT on party and proc holy burst buff when you need (example you can make dps facetank slice attack on rk-9 in rke).
