we understand your frustration in this situation. In order to pinpoint the issue, we need the Mystel players to answer the following question : Did you experience the lags while in dungeons? Or was it a general issue?
Same as Pomki, only in Dungeons.
And again, multiple hours of maintenance, even extended -> Shit hasnt changed.
What the actual f... are you doing?
How many maintenances did u hold to fix the ping problem now? 3? or 4?
Unbelievable.
servers gotten worse than they were before. pls buy new hamsters instead of just giving them a short break and calling it maintenance.

Thanks for getting back with us.
As explained, it is intended. The cards are available for ALL of the characters on a server you've obtained them and are server bound. They do not belong to a specific character, so they have not been transferred and this is by design. It's exactly the same situation like with the EP system - the points do not get transferred neither.
Additionally, since you've already finished the quests, we will not be able to revert it.

Are they trying to compare EP to Cards? Of course they cant recover EP because there is no Item in this game gives Talent EP
But cards are an item like any other item is.
AND what the f.. is he trying to tell me they cant reset questlines?

Even if they couldnt send me the missing cards they could just reset my questline to the point of Exodor starting quest.

"The Card system is server bound and shared across multiple characters on one server. Unfortunately this means that when moving a character to a different server, the gathered Cards do not get transferred - since they are not bound to the character you are moving.
This is thereby working as intended by the developers of the game and unfortunately, we are unable to transfer the points manually."
So its working as intended? Korea got only 1 goddamn server and didnt care about implementing a solution for that problem. So its NOT intended of being serverwide instead of accountwide. You guys just cba adjusting EU system. Ontop of all of it, it was nowhere mentioned we lose our cards when transfering.

my alts are lvl 65 and leveling up to 68, redoing all the quests to unlock exodor quests (which includes awakening too)and then ontop doing the exodor quests which i've already done on my main is just a little too much to ask for imo. just give me the cards from the story quest if u cant mention the loss of cards when transfering servers.
Card Collection is NOT Account wide, its just like Talent System, bound to the server.
I transfered to another server and lost my Cards. Now the problem is, i have already done the quests to get cards and i dont have them anymore.
So im supposed to never play with those Cards again?

Support aint answering either. Give me either my cards back and if thats not possible give me those quests again

Same issue exists when using a 2nd 1.5 Dragon on a twink with the Dragon Scales farmed on main, 1.5 passive disappears on the main Character.
I know Server Transfer was disabled for a while, but i thought its enabled again?

The last runs i did was yesterday at around 23:00 and then i went to sleep. Just went online and my coins are still at 75/1680.
Did anyone have the same bug or is it just me?
Since they activated the recent Guardian Mission EXP increase Event, i started to have extreme Ping Issues again.
The problem after the last event back then was that the Ping spikes etc had stayed until the next maintenance, i hope it wont take this long now / you wont activate this specific Event again because its impossible to run an instance, in which you see only half of the animations of a boss - atleast for me.
Anyone with the same issues here?
