I wasn't online when server crashed last time, i just tried to login now and i found the server is broken. only chats work. I tried to logout but didn't work, so I had to force and close the windows.
I hope to be able to login my char again without waiting for a maintenance 
Meanwhile, would be nice to have some words from the GF team.
I know, maybe not all are working on sundays, but as it's an online business working 24/7, there should be at least one person every day of the week.
Steam users didn't notice problems with logging in game with the new launcher released yesterday.
I just want to explain how steam users can use the manage-account interface on the website again.
1- you need sadly to download the new Gameforge Client from the website and create a new account (it's ok if you use the same email of before)
2- install the Gameforge Client granting administrator permissions
3- open the Gameforge Client with your new GF account
4- select Tera from the available games
5- click on the icon with the little man + and choose "add an account" then insert your old email and password - now you should have linked your account tera to the new client
6- click on the nickname that will appear near the same icon and choose "settings" : it will redirect you to the old page on website where you can manage your account (shop, char transfer, TC etc) - no need to download the game if you still want to use Tera through Steam
I don't know if this can help the support, but this happened months ago (just look to old posts in forum, around the end of october).
Some accounts were out of game for about 3 hours.
I even wrote a ticket, that time too, and I don't know if they could fixed it or it was just the game which has/had some problems with our accounts <.<
So pls, just check if you did something in october to unblock our accounts and do the same now.. maybe it will work.
I crash always when loading the server list and i tried deleting the App Data folder's files too.
Yes, works now, after 3h of "whoknowswhathappened" ò_ò

Hi all,
my game crashed about 10-15 min ago and now I can only arrive to the list of sever but enter no one.
I tried to close everything and restart but nothing changed.
Is it me or servers have problems?

I know but "adjusted" means no more so far XD and i saw no one asking in forum, maybe they don't know it's bugged yet...
Hours of play lost for this event, not all can stay logged all day and wait for the event to come up...

I don't know if it's bug or the event has been removed.
As we don't know what we will find each day we wake up, today brought a new problem to my client.
I'm a steam user.
I ran TERA and today (till yesterday everything worked well) I cannot hear effects sound properly, I hear only very low echoes.
Didn't touched any settings.
Checked sound options, everything should work.
Checked my sound card options as well, nothing bad.
Restarted TERA launcher twice, usually this fixes common errors, but hey, not this one

Restarted PC , nothing changed.
Ran the file integrity tool from Steam and didn't find corrupted files or such.
Still don't hear characters sound, skills, npcs... only background and environment sounds.
Any advice?
Seems I'm missing only to delete and install the game again, thing I'd rather not do <-- nervous smile
