can i preserve my ep and my advance skill upon transfer to a different server or they are server bounded? and in case they are bounded can i request the transfer to the support or i have restart from 0 points anyway?

Which is the Pyrepelt's back kick in lknm because if i get hit or not by the the special one "that the server say to go behind him" the count of the achievement doesn't go up.
