Well Support asked me to reset some gui stuff and delete everything in my S1 folder- but sadly that didn't fix anything.
I added htat info about the UI difference into the ticket- thanks Glacial.
This happens on my other lvl 60 character as well. And I've verified my files repeatedly on steam without any errors.
Im kind of at a loss - its really annoying to watch the weekend go by without being able to play.
its every enigmatic item - Since level 50. All the jewellry as well. Everything I got in a quest or as a reward including the guardian stuff.
It didn't really bother me so much before cos there was always non-enigmatic stuff up to about level 60 - but now I'm just so under-powered I have to stop and wait for this to be fixed.
I have nearly 30 unidentified enigmatic items in my storage now - and none of them show the stats or anything in the enchantment effects window.
Anyone ever ran into this before?
I am so out of luck now I'm lvl 65 - my gear isnt good enough for anything except that silly troll football battleground pvp thing.
I don't have the heart to log in... I also have a ticket running but so far they just asked me if I had used identification scrolls on the EE.
I will report back here if someone finds a fix.
Thanks Glacial - Im not actually using any mods. I just restarted Tera after a few years and its a completely clean (from steam) installation.
I have tried looking round for another window... but theres nothing I can see, even if I go into UI editing.

I hope someone can give me a suggestion - I have no end game for any of my characters without enigmatic gear.
I am not able to use any enigmatic items.
When I try to activate them (right click -> choose enchantment effects) the EE window is always blank.
I cant drag any enigmatic items to it or get stats to appear.The EE window is always empty (as shown in pic).
This has happened for every Enig item I got in quests starting from level 50. I am now level 65 and still using low level gear because I cant use the enigmatics.
Has anyone seen this before? Am I doing something obviously wrong?
None of the online guides explain this or describe a step by step around it -> most still point to older systems of identification scrolls.
Any ideas?
