Ok can be closed, found the problem.

Since the patch 76 came up, the guildwindow crash for any characters which already have a guild, using it via main menu or hotkey G, both ways crashing my game.

Bug solved, can be closed, thank you Gameforge, have a nice day.

I wrote already a ticket and got a reply, just waiting now.

my issue is that I started my TERA after maintenance+patch "Patch Notes 57.03 – Vergos’s Revenge (04.07.2017)" and got the 15 max charslot message like in my screenshots, I had since Valkyrie free characterslot 16 maximum characterslots available and all are level 65, I wrote a ticket and waiting now for replies to this issue, thanks for any helpful replies.
