SHEN IS OFF AGAIN CANNOT FREAKING ENTER INTO SERVERS. IS THIS AN EVERYDAY ROUTINE? SHOULD PPL PAY TO PLAY THIS GAME AND BE STUCK ON SERVER SELECTION EVERY FLIPPING DAY, AND PLAYERS COME OUT AND POST HERE IN FORUM FOR DEVS TO KNOW.
DEAD SERVER DIES MORE WITH THIS KIND OF SERVER AND SERVICES. PLEASE PUT SOME WORK INTO FIXING ATLEAST 1 THING IN A MONTH. TY 
What the hell man the server entry has been locked. For like more than an hour. A lot of ppl from shen arent even able to enter the server and stuck on enter server screen FOR AN MORE THAN HOUR. how is this managing a online game? 1HR or more. ridiculous. the servers cant even keep up without messing up and theres basically only like 10-20 ppl alive in shen. Just so lame.
The support team is a scam too. so flipping incompetent.
Firstly,
Im a old tera player having to leave and comeback to game every now and then only because of course its amazing and the combat is way more fun than any other game and there's a sort of attachment between me and the game, its unreal.
Every time i leave thinking its over and then u see there's nothing similar to tera so u try to find all the motivation to get back and when u do, the game(Publishers/support screw you over and over)
I've had loading screen crash at 100%, its account based meaning all my characters crash at 100% only on 1 account, Where as on my pc Im able to log in from friends and my other account. It gives me the idea it has nothing to do with my pc specs, net or game files, antivirus and stuff.
This is solely on the account which of course when asked in forum, the obvious answer- contact the support.
So i did, 1 week ago> got an automated reply and then constantly trying to reach the support team for support and getting replies like ' BIGGER PROBLEMS NEED MORE TIME TO FIX' and then go 2 days without any reply. I had purchased tera club mainly due to events and its beneficial at a time like this. And to a week.(considering they do not work in weekends) so that's Monday which makes it 10 days.
How is this acceptable :
1) This wasnt my issue. This was the games issue
2) The tera team needs to compensate for the loss, which they wouldnt do,
3)This issue ive previously had on TERA NA long ago and it got fixed in 2days.
To the moderators : Why do u post stuff like contact support when they dont even prioritize and fix the issue.
Im just thinking so an issue in game takes 10 days to fix. What issue in game takes 10 days to fix?
Theres no issue 'IN-GAME' that ever takes 10 days to fix.
Accept the fact the support either dint care enough or dint even prioritize.
This is unacceptable.

Im sure a lot of people are facing issues in tera that's not being prioritized and fixed. and some even go to say it takes way to long to get the fix.
If any moderator here really cares.Please check on your support team. Cause its shambles and unresponsive and negligent
Please don't give people fake hope if u cannot really do stuff your meant to do.
And to anyone whose asking is this game worth playing. Yes it is. But avoid it because of the bad support.

Hi, Playing from shen server.#
The game was running fine untill yesterday when i started having this issue (bug?) when in the game launches and i click server and then character and once it loads to 100 it crashes.
This happens on every character from the same account whistle when i use another account or a friends account im able to log into the game.
A friend of mine and few others on the server have been having the loading screen crash issue as well and all in particular with 1 account.
Ive pretty much tried out verifying the game/fix/repair the game via launcher,restart client, and few other solutions i found on similar issues.Nothing worked.
knowing its weekend and GF wont be working.
IF, anyone has had the same issue and solved it kindly post what uve tried/ or if u have any suggestion provide please.

This indicates that you assume you can log on the webpage with your normal in-game Tera account, but this is not the case. You need an extra account specifically for the support page.

Again, creating a new id on the normal tera webpage doesn't help you since it's not related to the support system. It's not the captcha that's preventing you from logging in, you simply didn't actually create a support system account.So basically, just create an account here: https://tera.support.gameforge…action=reg&opt=new&fld=en
The account you make there is not tied to your in-game account. So even if you are banned ingame, you can still login there. You can't use your in-game id to login into the support system though.

The reason Im making a thread here is because i tried all possible ways to reach the eu team and their support system and i cudnt. Hence i thought at least if i put it up here they'd see.
I did log in and play for while in the evening everything was fine and working. I had to go out and got back home 3hrs later and tried to log and get to see " ACCOUNT BANNED " No mail being sent me regarding why the ban or any other information.
I, have not been toxic to anyone in game.
have not abused any law set by the eu team.
haven't used any hacking tools.
never even used any vpns for log in nor did i log in from either different places or to any other accounts.
i just even paid for the tera club recently.
Just so frustrated to be banned without a reason. Without even knowing why, when i haven't done anything wrong.
i cud'nt contact support since if i typed my email i used to log in, it says it doesn't exist/account banned.
so i had to make a secondary account to communicate.
Again after making the secondary account i tried to use to support system and the capcha was just reloading new ones altho im very sure ive 100% typed the right one. so after few tries i get this message " Sorry, you tried more passwords than normal users should. To protect accounts with weak passwords you are locked out for a while. If you are not a password guessing bot please come back in three hours (and maybe use the password recovery email instead of guessing). See you later! "
i had to wait 3 hrs to retry it and got the same message again. so i thought, it would at least reach the team if i put it as a post.
Also im extremely sorry for openly posting this/ since i had no ways to enter the support system i couldn't explain this privately either thru the support or FB
ive sent the team 2 emails and waiting for the reply.
I Hope to know whats happening.
