Hello,
we understand your frustration in this situation. In order to pinpoint the issue, we need the Mystel players to answer the following question : Did you experience the lags while in dungeons? Or was it a general issue?
27th May, Lagging in Dungeons (CS and AQ).
Might be good to noticed that sometimes it took more than 5 seconds after writing in chat until the text showed up.

i could totally understand your situation. I have been there, or maybe im still there XD
Im not agreeing those ppl that insta kick ppl from IM, just not polite. But its no use also to bother urself with those ppl, dont waste ur time thinking about them. It is your right to use the IM and to "train" there no matter how long until you finish the dungeon.
But still maybe you couldtry avoiding this situation by:
1. read the dungeon's guide carefully,
2. IM with at least one friend/guildy/anyone u know, so you wont be kicked out,
3. tell the party that you are still learning at the beginning of the dungeons.

im not an expert on this, but maybe you watch to double check:
- if you correctly download the right last patch?
- Maybe try to disable the antivirus programs and add exception firewall for tera

Depends on what you mean with dead game. There are people playing daily at Tera Eu. If you decided to try it out, i advice you to try to join an active Guild (check the Guild list in game) to help you in game. Hopefully you could enjoy the Tera!

Sadly yes it will be useless. But you could dismantle them to get new random costume trough the tokens.
