I got the same problem of one of my chars. I sent ticket and they said that they cannot help me, I suggested resetting the quest, but for nothing. They said that I need to talk to Velik and I said to them that I cant enter through Kisha, no teleport. And to ask other people because they dont wanna spoil the secrets for me or something like that, as they always say on everything. But the thing is everything broke when I speak with that guy in Granarkus camp and then I went on the road to speak with Jelena, but the 2nd quest was autocompleted somehow and Jelena wasn't there at all. And I got the - talk to Velik thing. So Jelena never told me to go to speak with Seir in Velika.

So besides you didnt let us choose the server name, now you want us to delete 2 characters, while the other 2 servers can keep their 22 characters? Or you want us to spend money on transfer vouchers ? P.S. Great XP EVENTS and management.
