  • PSA: This video is a bannable offense

    Hi just want to share that doing the following in the video will result in a ban as it is breaking the terms of service/rules as my account recieved a temporary ban for doing the following in the video 32 times.

    Even though this happened 5 months ago on the classic server I was recently banned as the unstable weapon etchings which were worthless now have a vendor value of 150 gold therefore doing this is considered an exploit in game to gain currency.



    Anyway I really wanted to return and play TERA again but seeing as I can be target banned anytime I will not be renewing TERA club or buying TT ever again.

    Actually you fools are doing it wrong.


    The boss needs to die for you to get rewards, you only need to hit the boss once.


    Rewards are based on ilvl you need 439 I think to get the 6rubys or 2 green noct if you have less ilvl you will either get 4 rubys or 2 rubys.


    The ideal strategy is to hit the boss once log out and go on an alt and then hit the boss once and relog to another alt to keep hitting the boss once on all ur alts.

    Okay lets just imagine if proxy was removed from the game. What now?


    Alot of the players that play the game dont come on the forums, the forums are not an accurate representation of the community, I say this because when I played this game actively I never checked the forums except one time to complain about how hard it was to get master enigmatic scrolls as a new player.
    People that are actively on the forums are players that are mad at the game, inactive, about to quit or already quit or just looking for news, something alone those lines.
    Basically forums do not represent the full community.
    Lots of people that actually play the game, play the game and do not come on the forums.


    Proxy was already mainstream, players used skill prediction due to hing ping or wanting to be relevant, any competitive player most likely uses proxy as it makes rotations faster and smoother. I would say a large percentage of players used proxy for this reason as tera is a very ping dependant game and using proxy helps them with their high ping problems.


    Now proxy is removed and they have gotten used to having that good ping experience what are they going to do? Maybe they will come on the forums complaining about having bad ping? A problem that was solved with proxy. Removing proxy only caused another problem in this department if you look at the bigger picture.


    Lets look at the good side of removing proxy though, no more 1 shotting with certain skills, teleporting all over the place or going under the map etc. But the thing is only a very small percentage of players abused these scripts, no sane player would touch these as the risk of getting banned is quite high.


    So really is it worth it to remove proxy just to solve a problem that is a minority while causing another problem that is for the majority.


    Making updates based on OPs opinion a player that hasn't cleared any end game content is like the equivalent of riot games making updates based on a bronze league players opinion which is blasphemy really.

    Like I said it was on teamspeak that you said this, your character was originally castanic male but you had name changed it and then eventually you race changed to popori, the name of the original account owner was on your ambush gear before all of that. You said you bought the account for 50 Euros or something like that lol.


    Its funny how I look dumb repeating when you have been repeating the same posts as well.

    • First of all he was an early user of proxy himself.
    • When he moved to EU his account somehow had full +15 ambush even though he just moved here,

    • Does this make OP a complete hypocrite, as he has broken rules himself yet likes to preach them?
    • What is he trying to achieve?

    I think its funny because OP was a proxy user when he played on NA and when he started playing on EU he was asking around demonized teamspeak for EU proxy because his NA proxy wasn't working here, this was when proxy was not known to public and maybe less than 5% of the population knew about it and the EU proxy was harder to access.


    Now that most of the population knows what proxy is and can get their hands on it OP suddenly wants everyone that uses it to be banned. Did he have his fun with proxy and cannot handle the fact that everyone can use it now as he was an early adopter of proxy himself? What are his reasonings? All he has done is list a bunch of modules and technical jargon but no real reasoning.


    edit: and I didn't see him complaining about it back then.


    If OP is going to preach about proxy being a violation of terms of service then why doesn't he preach about account selling hint hint.
