Hi. I've been having this problem for quite a few days now and so far i've tried resetting my router and reinstalling the game but it still hasn't fixed my issue. Support's answer was nothing more but a copypaste and left me unanswered for 2 days too.

I can't find a way to properly fix this, I also tried to launch the game via GF launcher on the steam install and to my surprise it won't open at all
