clicking play again not works just throw same error...

Hello, i was playing before with this account was fine now i got this error then i press play, tryed creating new account still same im from eu,
its gameforge account, so what i should do ? 
Also i checked google for same problems its happening for people who migrated acc from other platforms witch is not the case for me
