    If you want to upgrade you want to have purple gear you need to do it. But true did not think about it, however, there was once preconditions to do quests or have access to some of tera content.     Well, it is an idea and you may not like it. However, why not giving that type of achievement? I did not mention infamy cause it is on exodor and I did not see where infamy should be used on it (various campsites ? but why? there are almost no guard on them so retribution would not work.). Exodor at this point in "tera story" is like a greyzone with many factions (some who are not even well represented on the map). If outlaw was activated in arun or shara the story would have been different. It is only my point of view you can disagree.

Tera as a business is just failing, on purpose maybe but failing. Even if they present a brand new game, would people trust them ? Invest in the new game based on their previous experiences? I think most of them would ignore it or not spend a penny in a new bluehole game. This is why not cattering to your client (player) will eventually cause your downfall (except if you have a steady arrival of new pigeon (client) who spend a lot then go but it is not the case for tera).

    Hello everyone \o/ welcome to this long post from a bored guy who played this game since it became F2P.


    I will (for my personal satisfaction) list things which I think should be improved in TERA. I do that cause well I'm bored and I gave way too much time and money on this game (and I feel hella wronged by the current situation).


    So this will be the categories which I will be adressing so feel free to skip parts (ctrl+f):

    ◘ Old content

    I) CASH SHOP


    Ahhh Tera cash shop, so lacking and filled with useless pay to fast stuff (and some skins).

    First let me adress problem number 1:

    •the price of the cash shop money is too high if you don't choose backhanded method (you know countries with money whose value is extra low). The number of cash shop money should be at least doubled to be somewhat attractive outside -30% discounts. (for those who wonder how they will make money if they do that just wait I'll explain later)

    •There should be a trading market for players who wants to exchange directly cash shop money for in game money. Players who have tried dofus can understand me on this one as I propose something similar to the ogrine market.

    This thing which should be linked to the tera shop is a system which would help people to sell cash shop money for in game money. Here what is important is that once someone buy cash shop money via this system he cannot sell it again as the cash shop money become bound to the buyer. Moreover, people from different server could sell or buy on the same platform which is good as some server are dead/almost dead due to the fact that most choose to move to mystel which in turn crashes a lot due to the population (and bots).

    For gameforge this could be also a good move to implement this kind of thing as a lot of player prefer to buy in game money directly from player :D (lost money \o/).


    Now that I have presented the first problem, welcome to the second problem: tera club membership almost uselessness (with cash shop). Tera club member should receive bonus. Daily bonuses. By all means I do not want stupid rewards but good one. For this let's take another game as an example. WARFRAME. Warframe has an in buid daily bonus which gives (depending on the age of the account). Imagining that I copy paste the rewards and adapt it to TERA it should go like this:


    -cash shop money discount (1st purchase of the day) => from -40% to -75% RARE (every 50 days of tera club membership)

    -material for gears (weapon / armor feedstock) => 5 to 40 stack COMMON

    -meruma coin => 50 to 1000 coins COMMON

    -advanced material for gears => 1 to 20 stack UNCOMMON (every 10 days)

    -material coins (gears/ and other recipe) => 500 to 2000 COMMON

    - 1 free spin of the wheel DAY 1 + RARE (every 80 day)

    -tikkats => box which gives 50 to 5000 tikkats UNCOMMON (every 15 to 20 days)


    The free spin should be offered day 1 to give the "taste" of spinning the wheel (and thus buying more turns later).

    MOREOVER, once per month only tera club member should have private discount on a selection of cash shop items (skins/mount/box).


    Time for the third problem: lack of diversity in the cash shop.

    Tera cash shop is poor, there is a total lack of diversity for a game this old. I can tolarate all of the pay to fast random boxes (with mostly garbage inside) but please the skin department is meh.

    Just compare it with other games, tera is a master recycler and we have very little choice in our customization.

    -new WIGS (cause we should offer variety with haircuts), wigs will have the same color as the character original hair color

    -hair colors : cause really the first batch of hair color is insanely lacking (no purples / very bright or very dark colors with no middle ground) JUST HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN DO BETTER COLOR SELECTION DAMNIT. The purple/green dress was very tacky even more with all the ribbons meh.

    -skin tones (aviable for all race). Cause why not having a purple popori ? skin tones should go in pack.

    ex: ♦Halloween pack (7 colors): choose one of the 7 unnatural colors of halloween monsters

    color: green / purple / extra white/ extra black/ orange/ blood red/ deep blue

    ♦Nude pack (20 color): (colors based on real skin tones)

    -skin tones effect/color (aviable for humanoid race). This set of skin tone would have effect for instance shiny lava veins across the body, or even tatoos.

    ex: ♠Red lava pack (8 color): normal skin tones (fair to dark) with lava veins

    ♠Zombie pack (5 color) : become a zombie using this pack! (skin model comes from eldarya)

    -new classic weapon or clothing which can be obtained either by spinning the wheel or by normal "cash shop". (they can be sold to other players)

    -new special weapon or clothing bound to the account and which can only be bought in the shop (no spinning wheel). Those special or "exclusive" items should be priced not so high (between 250 to 500) and are bound to the account. They can only be obtained via tera shop and every 2 month they change. (I would suggest 3 to 5 exclusive item per rotation). For instance, a "special item" could be a dress which has jewels which emit light; it can also be a mount with a unique coloring like a shimering blue t-rex. It has to be an item which says "I am extra you need me".

    -when you have enough "special item" you should create a box which contains previous special items. This box (price: 300 to 600) can be opened by the buyer or gifted to someone else. This box cannot be sold on the market. The item inside the box are bound to the player. You can create themed box if you want to



    ANYWAY this would be how I would change the cash shop (the spinning wheel is ok if there is more cash shop money for each purchase and the tera club membership should encourage purchase every 50 days).

    note: skin tone and hair color are consumable



    II)OLD CONTENT


    This one will be fairly short (some part will be moved to the pvp part).

    • FLYING CASTLE: let's be honest, there were more activities when flying castle were active. I wondered why for some time and I think part of the reason is due to the mission one had to do in order to have access to one.

    => clear rate of dungeon both low level one and high level one. Moreover what was good is that there were a ranking for each categories (clear of hm dg / low lvl dungeon) / quest / success done . It encouraged players to do quest + try achievement and do low and high lvl dungeon.

    If achievement and quest are not relevant today. I think that rewarding flying castle should be based on dungeon clear ranking (5 dungeon (selected randomly from the pool of dungeon) 1 very hard 1 hard 2 mid tier 1low tier).

    flying castle should be attributed every month based on the ranking between the 5 categories:


    1st place in one category = 100 points / 2nd = 75 etc

    Only the first player of a guild count for the ranking. FOR INSTANCE : random guild got rank number 1 to rank number 4 in the Hard dungeon. Only the player with the highest rank will count for the attribution of the flying castle. So rank 2 to 4 will not give the "points" instead player number 5 will give point to his guild (I do this to encourage playing with other people).

    YET the number of people in the ranking (up to 100 per category) will give custom points to the guild (100 per member in ranking).

    Custom points can be stacked

    every 2 month flying castle owner will change.



    •GENDER / RACE class lock : should be stopped. I wanna see a baraka ninja xD



    and that's all (other old features will be discussed in pvp)



    III) New content


    Housing: you have stunning views, good maps but 0 housing and people slacking in highwatch WHAT A WASTE.


    Housing or something which could give another "type of gameplay" for tera. I mean how many players would love to have a house in scytera fae ? It's like one of the number one place for screens.


    This time I will be using Final fantasy and Dofus as a reference.


    First: how to buy a house:


    ♦Purchasing a house should be easy there would be 4 places to buy one. One house store for each capital :D (you will know why if you read the pvp content). You can only buy houses aroung highwatch if you use the shop in highwatch same for the other capital.

    ♦Price of the house will depend on 2 factors: default price (price of a house given by the game) / player price (someone who sell his/her house)

    ♦default price will depend on the size of the house:


    example of deault price:

    small house (1 room): 50 000 gold

    medium house (2 room): 100 000 gold

    big house (3 room): 200 000 gold

    villa (5 room): 500 000 gold

    Manor (dunno how big but 1 per capital (it can be outside the capital though)): 2 000 000 gold


    ♦because tera population is low at the moment I advise that houses are not dependant of the chanel you are on, later it can be changed if the population rise.

    ♦1 house per account


    Second: how to customization your house:


    No outside customization (if you buy a house in highwatch the outside will look like the rest of the city).


    Inside customization: furniture can be changed to match the owner taste


    ♦how to get furniture:

    -Jobs: a new job would be created " CARPENTER "

    carpenters can craft basic furniture such as chairs for the house. Material needed for the construction may be looted or crafted by other jobs.

    FOR INSTANCE:

    chair: 4 woods (loot on tree monster)

    bed: 8 woods (loot on tree monster) 1 sheet (crafted by those who learned alchemy)


    new item for alchemy master: "paint pot" the paint pot can change the color of a furniture crafted by a carpenter.

    paint pot should be divided as the following: blue / red / yellow /green / grey (material would change depending on the pot crafted)


    -dungeon loot /rewards: dungeon should give exclusive furniture. (10% to 50% drop rate) or ( reward for xxx entries done)

    FOR INSTANCE: CSNM has 10% to give you the item frost rug / fire rug

    CSHM 50/50 down = lava frost table (a table wich his part frozen part on fire)


    -goblin store (gives either unique recipe or unique furniture in echange of coins)


    -cash shop : here again you can choose between "unique item" (explained before) or normal item. Cash shop item are different from carpenter furniture.


    Third: how to place item:


    please do something simple (like animal crossing xD)


    IV) PVP


    I will not talk about balance (cause I'm not well versed enough to know which class needs buff or nerf :D). Pvp was once ok, not great but ok. Enjoyable for casual and pro player. Pvp is now almost dead. AMEN.



    So what would I do?


    1) Bring back fraywind because it was FUN. Fraywind gear should be equalized (will be more fun this way), and same rules.


    2)Alliance bring it back too :D.

    HOWEVER, alliance would change for a once per 2 weeks event (not same day as gvg if you wanna keep this thing). Appliance to one of the three faction is to the discretion of the player (mercenary system instead of guild system). Entrance fees to one of the faction is 1000 gold.

    THERE would be free pvp hours on alliance territory (if one does his quest during pvp hour= more points given).

    only 20 people PER faction can participate in alliance (again ranking depending on PERSONAL contribution).

    rewards depends on your rank in the faction and if the faction won or not.


    SKINS and MOUNTS would be exclusive to this event.


    3)New mode: TERRITORY WAR

    scale (guild versus guild)

    4 territory to take (1 capital and its surrounding = one territory)

    1 per month



    for the territory war one guild can conquer only one territory, it is the guild leader who choose which one.

    During the territory war, objective will be created on the map of each territory (pve and pvp one).

    To occupy a territory there will be a number of points to obtain by doing pvp or pve activities.


    pve activities:

    BAM spawn (gives no rewards except points) = 100 points

    Monster spawn (same as bam) = 10 points


    Monster and Bam will appear in specified area and in limited number (1 bam every 30 min).


    pvp activities:

    killing an enemy player will give point: 1 kill = 50 points


    number of points needed to occupy a territory: 3600 points (72 kills)


    ♦how to access territory war ?

    .guild should be rank 2 in rewards (guild quests)

    .guild should have more than 5 active player (connected during the last 2 weeks)

    ♦winner reward ?

    .The guild who won the territory war can change modifier in his territory

    => broker % taxe (between 0% and 2%): the additional fees will be transformed into fund for the guild.

    =>trader price: can up or down trader price by 15% (goblin one too) this time no additional funds will be given to the guild if the price are upped (but you can be an ***hole if you want :D )

    => house tax: guild can take taxes from people who have houses in their territory (up to 1000 gold per house), the money will be converted into funds for the guild. Taxes should be paid once per weeks.

    => exclusive invocation: BAM ; once a week a bam can be invoked. The bam drop stacks of superior feedstock / gold / etc


    4) rework exodor free pvp \o/


    ♦people who do the main quest are invicible to other players attack

    ♦scrolls can be bought to be an outlaw in exodor (permanent) 10k => scroll (transform into skill upon activation of the scroll)

    outlaw skill give the possibility to pk people everywhere in exodor except camp and near dungeon entries (10 meter radius of dungeon entries)

    life clerk will be added in every camp of exodor (dunno if they already exist)


    Outlaws life bar is red, any player can attack them. Killing an outlaw gives murder points (1000). The favor shop will have the same rewards as the one existing in the """pvp zone of exodor""" plus other:

    a new title "king of outlaws" shiny yellow (200 000 points)

    cosmetic weapon / clothes

    mount (only usable on exodor but which can fly and is faster than other mounts)

    the set "skeletton furniture" (cause why not ?)


    5) Well maybe I could add more but don't have any other idea \o/



    V) PVE-DUNGEON


    I'm sorry but dungeon as they are now are not so fun. I smell some lazyness from the one who create them.

    Almost all dungeon are dps based (shield / timer) and even if I understand why it is tempting for hard modes to do this, I find it very lazy. If possible I would like more strategy then JUST HIT DAT BOSS UNTIL HE DIES (seen in low to mid tier dungeon) or JUST KEEP BURST FOR DAT SHIELD (in harder one).

    Yeah it may seem a bit mmmh simplistic to say it like that as there is some mechanics to leard but still. I would like a dungeon which is hard due to mechanics only with no shield nor time limit. Something which would require cooperation and brain from the players. Something which could be done using the matchmaking option without worying too much about gears (even though there should be a minimum ilvl) but where high end gears would just make the dungean be done faster.

    Dunno if you understand me \o/


    so here are some example of possible strategies:

    => color strategy : each player is given one color and at "xx% of the life the boss" the player should go in the zone of the same color as his buff. If not done = wipe

    => crystal strategy (seen in desolarus where player must hit a cristal in a time limit or in RK9 where they need to activate cristal)

    => dot strategy

    => etc



    •now about loot: please do something so that loots are attractive in all dungeon


    •random idea:

    title: Dungeon master

    achievement: completion of all dungeon in legacy mode

    legacy dungeon: dungeon from lvl 1 to 65 updated to lvl 70 difficulty

    legacy dungeon rewards: legacy coins (purchase material for crafting / skin)


    => just cause I wanted to do the first dungeon as if it was a lvl 70 dungeon xDDD



    VI) PVE- WORLD


    Bams and mobs rewards should be updated, difficulty increased.

    Maybe monthly quest ?

    (yeah I know not a lot of idea)




    Anyway, now that I have written all of this, I can let the game die in peace.

    Even though I'm not fond of Elins ( I do prefer Casta), I don't think those wallpapers are problematics.

    However, having the option to have the custom wallpaper should be given to players. What would be even greater would be to allow people to choose which custom wallpapers they allow or not.


    This last option is maybe a selfish desire as I hope I could get this one more often:

    Well now concerning elin I think that another reason that they are so popular is also because they have some kind of hidden bonus of attack animations? So maybe they should work on this (and also on skins cause some of the elin-only designs for skins are MUCH better then the normal one.)


    Anyway, the artists who have made those wallpapers SHOULD NOT feel shame. Those are pretty safe and kinda cute. If you want to know what real pedo porn (manga) is you can always check Rule34 (this may broaden your horizon on what is ok and what is not).

    For people who are offended by this due to trauma, you should see a professional and get help to overcome it (cause those images are safe), there are website and also some organization which you can reach for free (numbers or name of those organization are different so you should check it online).

    For people who are offended by this due to "trend" or because they are part of some "cancel culture". I don't have much respect so I'm deeply sorry I can't help you. :elin17:

    For people who just can't stand elin, I understand, but it's not the end of the world. Just grab artists who have talent lock them in your basement and make them draw sexy popo or baraka. This way the next custom wallpapers event will have more diversity.

    Moreover, as I mentionned in my post. GAMEFORGE did change the entry number before the korean did for 456 and 461. I could link you the post I made at that time but it was deleted (I presume cause I can't find it anymore).


    Moreover, it is not smart of them to think that people will use the cash shop to gear their alts for 456 (with 99rez even my trap lancer can do it (even though it will be nightmarish for the party :D)).

    I don't understand why you still follow words for words the korean patch when there was an issue for the EXACT same problem in the patch before.

    5/10 runs for NORMAL MODE is plain stupid.


    1) Normal mode is made so that player can learn mech before entering HM.

    2) Normal mode is made for gearing a character (similar to CSNM) as such it is stupid to slow the mass, let's be honest only roasters will be max gear quickly the other will almost never set foot in HM cause finding a regular is hella hard, harder than the dg and Qing it is suicide.

    3) You kill matchmaking: if FA and CSNM where 5/10 entries I would never q them for fear of losing an entry.


    ex:




    To conclude, make it AT LEAST 20 entries / 40 entries for NORMAL mode. You will never really slow down the progression of the overgeared players but you will create a bigger gap between the overgeared / the normal player / the noobs which is stupid. Again, you can keep the 5/10 entries for HM (even though it should be 7/14) cause in the end the players who will run HM will almost never do the NM (which is for normal / noobs) except for gearing up.

    I'm gonna break your post into tiny parts so that you can understand why the event is good but NOT as good as you describe it.

    Stop doing EVENTS with COOL stuff only for new players or characters!!!


    Well, they do this to appeal to new players but most of the time they give outdated stuff, this means that it is only good for people who want a second character with decent gears/ bonus. Most of the time the cool rewards are at lvl 60 to 65 and people are playing reapers to get those. Nothing new and they ofter do events for other types of thing (pvp (bad most of the time) , pve (decent but time consuming)) etc. Moreover, if you look at this:

    You would understand that there are other events and the most important one is Battle pass as it often features 3 day of tera club membership , ressources (for weapon and armor) and a skin.

    I come back to this game after one year of break because i was angry with changes thats happens year ago. I give this game another chance and i bough Tera Club Membership and start playing again. It was fun, changes was not so bad as i checked. I reached lvl 70 and started spend my time in this game, farming like crazy for tokens that will give me ETERNAL GEAR (and i am still missing many). But now i readed you will give players who still lvling their characters (in June event) free ETERNAL GEAR. Its disappointing. Why i and other players who get lvl 70 not long ago, who spend their time and money must be again screwed and get nothing? Its so unfair!!!


    I understand that some changes were bad as I myself took a break albeit not so long as yours. BUT you made a big mistake. You farmed for eternal gear and even though there is a recent korean update which will permit changes for this gear, it is NOT a good one for a main character. It is only a good one for a secondary or third character. Why ? Cause when you upgrade eternal gear you loose buffs. Like 20% if my memory is correct.


    However, what YOU can complain about is that TERA does not guide returning player well enough. Yet, players do it well.

    I HIGHLY recommend you to check it as it will save you time and money. Moreover, you must look for information concerning your class and what changes occured. For that I recommend to go on TERA discord and clic on the "class and other discords" category.

    I start thinking again "should i quit this game if this is so unfair"?

    I request only for one thing: If you give stuff for lvling for new players in Events, Give those items too for players who already reached lvl 70 (one for accounts), dont abandom them again...

    A good idea but it should be done correctly as most of the times some items can't be stored in the bank. However, if the good stuff is "eternal gear" , well, I don't mind if they don't give it (it is WAY inferior to the gear you should use).




    ps: for the Annihilation/Dark Light gears, it is now very cheap (depending on where you are aka Mystel / Seren /Yurian). Moreover, if you don't mind too much about your DPS/ tanking / healing you can buy the cheapest gears in the broker and wait for the next update which will introduce item which give random option.

    I will not blame your lack of knowledge on stupid player and new player but I will try to explain it plainly what you say about people having "A EASY TIME" gearing to mythical is also a myth.


    •So let's begin by this: CSNM is clearable by the most stupid people, and it's possible to do it without even looking at the fcking screen.


    Well I dunno which CSNM to be able to play it without looking at the screen during the "fear / rage" mechanic but I would love to play the same game :D

    Then "the most stupid people": are you reffering to new players ? Like those who recently came and don't know much about the game ? Then I assure you they can't :D. Yesterday I was in a matchmaking party for velik sanctuary with my new alt (a tank cause GOD I HATE W8TING 30MIN to go into AQ/GVHM etc via matchmaking). Well I was with a new player (a healer) and 4 people who were kind of begginner (lack of skills). 40 min for this dungeon and at the end I explained to the healer where he could find advices on how to play his class and before each boss I explained the mech. Nevertheless, there were a lot of death.

    SO if by stupid people you are reffering to new player, even if they were mythical +15 they could not do it cause they lack the skill to do it.


    Now the second category of the so called "stupid people" I name the people who have skills but 0 cheat (cause yeah with cheats every dg is easy, well maybe not every dg because sometimes the cheats can't keep up with the pace the boss is attacking). I daresay that this category of stupid people was lagging behind at the time people were training for CSNM then they did not experiment the mech. Only looking at tutorial will not help as experience is also necessary. Well those stupid people are NOT accepted in party (y) except if they have friends or connexion which make them only have the solution to use the matchmaking option (remember my point about making an alt lancer?). This means that those stupid people will have to wait for a benevolant party to accept them or create their own parties of fellow stupid people (and maybe some kind player who will waste their times).



    Thus, your point about "the most stupid people can do it" is invalid. People with a bit of skill and a regular party have done it and do it easy peasy is more accurate. But even so it take times to learn mech, or have someone who is able to call for the other.

    I disagree because making it this way is plainly stupid as

    1) some people mentionned it but CASHHH SHOOOPPP (do you want this game to be classified as P2W or P2F?), don't you find it stupid that people who grind CSNM for their gear will feel excluded when people who do CSHM exclude them cause they are not geared up?

    2)as mentionned before the "stupid" people will not get to down CSNM anytime soon (I helped a guild as a healer for AQ yesterday night too and they were far from killing the boss easyly).

    3) For me the hardest dg should not reward gear but prestige



    Then what do I mean by prestige ? It can be a shiny title, a skin, a mount. Anyway something useless but which show to the world that the player has some skill (remember bahaar statue?) . If you want to make it elitist you can ask that those rewards will only be up for the time this dg is the hardest one (making it a "rare loot" instead of having people with Bahaar's balls when the dungeon is downgraded). Thus instead of focusing on "gear for the hardest dg" they should introduce something similar to the reward they will give for the pvp event. THIS would be rewarding and make the latest dg "worth it" even more with the limited number of entry one have.

    I do not force you to agree with me on it. But if gearing is your high end content dream I find it a bit sad.

    By the way I also agree with some people that downgrade should be banished, I did not like it when it was the case for VM / pvp gear so I will not like it anytime soon xD

    And it's true that they should reintroduce content, even the flying castle could be a good idea to have a "healthy competition" both in pve and in pvp (cause civil unrest is meeeehhhhhhh).

    they should also reup the content of fame rewards in the different factions (new exclusive skin a flying mount etc) but this talk is for another time ~~



    Finaly, thank you for your rage but if next time you post something you could be a lil bit more aware of the fact that insulting new players is not a good idea, it would be quite good.     Concerning new players, there are some I assure you but it is complicated to make them stick to the game (I talk about the real new players not the one who return) , most of the time you find them in newbies zone and as I stated earlier they stop lvl 40/50.


    Most don't know how to lvl up faster (cause they don't look for the information).


    Anyway, I'm glad there is positive return from the staff and I don't mind the 5/10 for the hard mode (feel like vergos /end game content).

    So u are buying costumes from other players who payed real money for it..

    It makes no difference if the money comes from you or him.

    It does: Instead of giving them 100 euros and the other player giving the same amount of money meaning 100 euros (so 200 euros in total) ; this time they can only claim 100euros. Halfed money, true prices at the broker will rise but who cares \o .


    If I did not buy anything with real money from the start then it would make no differences. But when players who pays diminish it will be a problem for them, no matter how small the buying player paid.

    TruthSedge, the player base may rise but I doubt a lot will stay. I stayed in a beginner zone (lvl 20) for 5 days and gave advices as well as money for new players (something like 5k per players) some pm me and out of 20 who added me to their friendlists only one made up to the lvl65. The other just stopped halfway (lvl 40/50). I also do not count players who did not added me to their friendlist and whom I dunno what they did. Nevertheless, never saw any of them in Highwatch.

    And for how skilled player will cope with them, I can tell you that it is most of the time not good. One of the tank I helped told me "I got kicked everytime because I don't know the mech and died to often" and sadly the system take an entry if mobs are killed in the dg which is also why 5 entries for not tera club member is pitifuly low.


    I understand your feeling about the whole situation, but saying nothing is worse than pointing out an issue. It may seem futile or stupid in your eyes and I perfectly understand why.


    Shore is not good (and I dare you to make me think the contrary), Corsair is now a joke with player not even knowing basic strat, and the GVG is the biggest joke out there on server lacking skilled population (#samebigguildwinningeverytime) and people wanting to join the "omega guild".

    They changed Gridirion due to the complaint of Pvp players and now it is dead

    Fraywind which was the best pvp bg was unbalanced and then they just got rid of it.

    They got rid of Alliance conflict so that more player could enjoy mass pvp but alliance had the merit to have mechanics and a limited amount of players per alliance. It was not perfect but at least there was a minimum of 2 alliance with some kind of equal power.



    Now they give this update for more loot which nerf PVE and seems to "reboost pvp" with unique rewards and little disadvantages, but so what ? It is still not enjoyable to Q corsair and somewhat end up with a team which cannot protect inners, pvp ing against player who use bugs and so on. Moreover, even though new player could gear up "thanks to" pvp they will not be better pve player as playing pvp or pve is different.


    I know people who sent private request to the support and got answers like "nobody play pvp so no need to upgrade it" and it is raging because it is too late to save it now. PVE is slowly degrading too and by pointing it out I feel like I am not wasting my time.


    However, I am not too stupid too. I will just stop bying from the game. So what if there is new skins ? I have enough in game money to buy it and will not bother anymore to try out my luck. Tera club ? Well, if they make coins irelevant I have no need for it as crafting is too to outdated.


    Yup, the advantages which they were selling "more coins for tera club member" and so on are beccoming irelevant. They are puting back the system of double entry for tera club member but diminishing the number of entry we have 7 => 5 (old vs new)


    Yes those reset scroll were epic, and I remember events where you could get 2 or 3 reset scroll for 5 runs. It was really good and I was a bit skeptical when they introduced coin because of that.


    They want us to buy random lootbox for materials so of course it is not gonna be so easy x_x . At least when it used to be VM + (x) we did not have to pay so much per fail. Now they are just reintroducing what used to be the upgrading techniques for high end stuff but they make it almost worse. It just screams "I want money" but if they REALLY wanted to make money they could just focus on improving the game and introducing more cosmetics or secondary features such as housing/ weddings/ pet's cosmetics/ mounts breeding. So many lost opportunities. They could also work more on the advantages of being a tera club member (not something op like tera club member gain 5% more dps or life) but some small advantages like choosing a mount from the shop for 1 month as the "tera club mount" (so that not everybody get the wolf) , having a special tera club skin (dunno a pretty or badass outfit), implementing a title if you buy regularily (something like Sponsor dunno), having a place with statue of people who use tera club (same as bahaar statue but this time it is 5 random people who got their statue in velika or I dunno where), actual good reduction on the cash shop for tera club member ( at least 20% off). There is so many possibilities. Yet they choose like many other game I stopped playing to force people to do something (or heavily imply them to do something).

    Thank you \o/ and exactly my point too. I think they want to do this to encourage pvp, but let's be honest they destroyed pvp and it needs a serious rework (more than just some loot (even though the personal title is tempting)).

    Moreover, as I said I train people (at the moment 2 tanks) and even though I switched main from dps to healer to help it is nervewraking to see how little respect they have to people who wants to help other play the game x_x .


    As someone who try to help new players to do the following dungeon: AAHM / GVHM / AQ I really do not understand why you give only 5 entry PER WEEK.


    Do you realize how you prevent new player to actually play those dg ? To play any of the latest DG (Kelsaik nest / forbidden arena) you had 2 or 3 days to find your roster and if you did'nt then your only choice was to Q.


    Yet, even though you MAY find people due to the matchmaking ( if you wait for 30 min or more if you are not a tank) you may be kicked out of your party because they don't want to waste time with people who want to learn. Why ? Because the DG is more than 3 days old and if you have not cleared it yet you are trash \ o/.


    Thus, the decision of extending low entry number to the dg aforementioned dungeon is insanely stupid. Most of the well established guilds will not bother to teach new players and without new players which can enjoy the end content and are stuck on low level dg, the chance of them quitting tera is quite high. Moreover, for player like me who do try to help people learn mechanics through normal way (because in case you forgot some people use proxy so that they won't have to learn the mechanics) it is also disadvantaging. My question is: Why the f*ck should I still help lancers, brawlers and DPS to learn the mechanics and stay for more than 1 hour in a dg (if most of my team consist of begginer) if I could just chill with other players and do it in less than 15 minutes?

    => And don't tell me "but you have extra loot if you do that" cause it works only if you use the matchmaking option and the extra loot is laughable (meaning that it is not balanced with the difficulties of having an inexperienced player but it is still nice to have it).


    As such, you should double the entries : 5/10 => 10/20 , because even though your excuse is that "you stuff will be easier to upgrade" there is still the question : Okay then but what if I don't like some dg ? What if I have nothing to do on TERA because I have done all my lvl 70dg and there is nothing left to do ? (5 dg per day if you are not a tera club member)

    Moreover, almost all of the top players already have their gears or are close to have them up to max lvl. This means that again there will be a striking difference between players and yet again you divide your community.



    Overall, I appreciate the effort of trying to simplify the access to gears but the way of doing it is wrong. From 40/80 entries to 5/10 entries is not Ok. 5/10 could be understandable if it was EXTREME mode or if it was the last DG (like older lvl 70 dg = 10/20 entries per week and new dg=5/10 and when a newer dg is released the old one goes from 5/10 to 10/20) but for hard more it is completly stupid (even more so when there is a quarantine and people are likely stuck at home with nothing to do except playing).

    Tammika , le soucis c'est que même quand tu vas re dl tera tu vas avoir le même soucis(crois moi pour avoir essayer plusieurs fois pour au final avoir le même soucis c'est rageant).



    On a été plusieurs dans la guilde a avoir le même problème et comme l'a dit plus haut mercenaire c'est un soucis de patch.
    (bon j'avoue il y en à 3 chez qui re dl a fonctionner)

    ◘re réparation du launcher : QUI me remet le bug
    ◘suppression une dizaine de fois du fichier tera dans appadata pour relancer le dl =>mais il me dl encore un truc corrompu


    Je me suis dis : mes pilotes sont ptetre pas à jour : mise a jour des pilotes effet sur tera : none
    Bref: du coup j'ouvre tera en rajoutant le petit /window histoire de voir le pb '_' Donc si sa peut vous aider je sais pas mais là j'en ai marre '_', passer d'une connexion à Tera quotidienne à 5 jours (bientôt 6 sans jeu) non seulement c'est chiant pour toutes les activités de guilde mais aussi pour la war '__'





    En espérant que vous pourrez me dire le soucis de Tera car là je maudit littéralement le PATCH 36 qui m'a causer tout ces problèmes.
