your argument is beyond ridiculous, contract is not the only thing matters in this case, ever heard of the word negligence? how can someone, as a customer of gameforge, exercise his right to use virtual items and benefits that have been paid in a MMORPG, if the gaming service is not rendered in an appropriate way in the first place?
