in the next big patch, in October, there will be an equalization for lancer animations
Unfortunately, seems like shield barrage animation is still the same.. .tried on my elf male lancer and human female lancer with same atk speed, elf male is still way better, can't confirm for elins, but as it seems nothing really happened, I guess elf male still > everything else.
