Giving outlaw declaration in any relevant new zone when there's only one international server is ridiculous, even the new WBs are designed to encourage grouping up instead of stealing from others via aggro. Pvp shouldn't be ignored the way it is because it's fun, but outlaw declaration is garbage ever since it was 65 only. Just make a bunch of useless zones like VO forced pvp and place a few healing npcs there.

Is there any? Everywhere I've looked there's just the single use untradeable 2 from login bonus. If there's no real source of them it'll be a massive pain for people even considering taking newbies on runs. No tank wants to deal with dps that have 1 crystal left after the first boss, and much less healers dealing with people with no hardies.
