This May was the 7th anniversary of TERA Europe, that item was a reward for staying online on weekends in that month. It is an item not really linked with the anniversary itself, so I won't be surprised to see it avaiable in future events.

Every Sunday between 00:00 AM - 01:00 AM, the Vanguar Requests window is empty (see the image below)
If you do any dungeon or activity that normally is in this window, will not count as completed and so you'll lose the rewards.
(do not do any dungeon in these hour as Sunday if you want to complete a Vanguard mission).
This is not new, this bug is here since years ago (I remember been it here in 2017, but I'm pretty sure it is older than that).

One character can be Master in one crafting skill and Artisan in one crafting skill simultaneously.
But he cannot be Artisan in two crafting skill simultaneously, so before he can do another Artisan he must be Master in another skill.

You can buy them from an Alchemy Formulas NPC (found in crafting areas), Artisan tab -> page 2.
You need to be artisan in Alchemy with 650 point to learn and craft'em.

dose shape changer only work on swimsuite?
Height and Thighs changer, work on every armor/outfit.
Chest changer works only on some swimsuit (older ones, the newer do not support the shape changer). I'll make a list of the working ones at some point.

Yes, right now you can get'em only from trade broker.
I see... I hope the events are frequent! Are these events only for max level characters? Or any level can participate?
Last one was for every level, but not everyone is.

Usually these shape changers are rewards from events (last event with these kind of rewards was about 1 week ago).

You can catch the crayfish (tier 1 fish) only by using an old rod or a tier 1 rod (any type). You're a using a tier 2, which is unable to catch tier 1 fishes.

RRNM - Easiest "The last boss may stun you (only thing to dodge in the whole dungeon)"
SCNM - "After you learn how to avoid last boss pushes is easy"
SSNM - "Just boring because the bosses keep spinning around"Medium:
LKHM - "Healer must know when dispel last boss"
TRHM - "A bit tricky if someone in the party does not know the mech, but do not oneshot you anymore"Hard:

This issue was resolved again with patch 79.

... and some races have passive for gathering:
Elin / Popori -> "Botanist" – Increases plant gathering speed by 15%
High Elf -> "Coalescence" – Increases gathering speed for essence by 15%
Aman -> "Prospector" – Increases ore gathering speed by 15%. -
I personally tried, and the game just said to me that I can't use an Amplifier on an item not soulbinded to the current char.
