Yes, i checked my folder spam (like i always do). Unfortunately i don't have any email. I just wrote to support. If i fix my problem i will let know. Mayby will be useful for someone.

Seems like reset password doesn't work in weekend. I clicked few times on reset, and nothing come to my email

I have the same problem, all my characters all gone and my veteran status account, but my freind told, he has still my characters in friend list. I am waiting on answer support.
