  • Unable to find my characters

    Hi!


    I'm back in this game. I wasn't here for a while but today, I'm back with a huge problem. Indeed, I play TERA for now 5 years, I'm a french player (but I decided to ask here because the french community isn't very active in nowhere days), I started the games with a video of a french Youtuber who tried TERA and stopped in 2017, something like that.

    I often returned on the game without any problems until today. I got a new computer and on this morning, I downloaded the game. I launched the game with my account and nothing. On every servers, I wasn't able to find my characters. I looked on "Seren", the french server, nothing. I looked on every other servers, nothing. I always see the same thing: The background is moving forward without any characters and instead of the level of my character, there is "level.".


    I really don't understand it, maybe my characters are on a server which was down. Every servers saw was PvE servers so I try to stay positive xD.

    Did someone had the same problem?


    I apologize for the mistakes, I am not a good english speaker but I tried to do my best ^^

    Non plus sérieusement je n'ai pas compris, si on ferme le launcher et que l'on le ré-ouvre, l'installation est annulée non ?

    Bonjour,


    après avoir acheté un nouvel ordinateur en juin 2014, j'ai voulu réinstaller le jeu à mainte reprise mais je n y suis pas arrivé ; il y avait toujours un problème ( problème de connexion qui crashait, installation qui se stoppait net). Aujourd'hui, j'ai finalement décidé d'installer le jeu mais pour ne pas avoir de problèmes, j'ai décidé de vous demander conseil pour que cela se passe bien

    Merci beaucoup, c'était peut être un des facteur, mais ce n'était pas tout a fait ça. Une amie m'a en plus conseillé de désactiver mon antivirul le temps des MàJ et au bout de la deuxième tentative, ça a fonctionné :thumbup:.

    Bonjour,


    j'ai un problème,
    quand j'installe le jeu, ça marche parfaitement mais quand la barre de téléchargement est a 100%, la barre reste pleine mais, ça me marque au dessous que la barre de téléchargement est a 0%, et ça le fait depuis plusieurs mois.
    Quand j'appuie sur le bouton pause sur le côté et que je réappuie, le téléchargement est complet mais je ne peut pas appuyer sur Play.


    Auriez-vous une solution car avant cela marchai très bien ?
