    I dont understand why you try to explain what a CM does, while i allready wrote and linked what gameforge is looking for in my starting post.

    Also judged it. The current CM's dont even do, what gameforge wrote in their job description.

    To be honest idc if you call my actions childish. As I wrote enough is enough. We tried it over years to be polite, we tried to communicate with gameforge, we did many suggestions, we did suggestions everyone would be happy with, we tried to fix problems, we organize our own punishment system for cheaters in pvp discord cause gameforge dont do it. So please, dont say again we still have to be polite. Beeing polite didnt helped us, cause gameforge and their CM's never really communicated with us, with the community. So we reached a point after 10 years gameforge didnt care about our problems where the community began to rage. We dont even get fully translated patchnews after 10 years and you still want us to be polite? For what reason?

    The population of this game became so low and we are at a point, where it only makes sense to continue publishing a game, when the publisher is communicating to the community. Otherwise the last remaining players will leave this game. Sadly, the CM and GF are not in the mood to communicate. All we get are the same robot answers..

    Yes it is, and i explain you why. Doesnt matter with who you talking in support, when Polan dont like how it goes, he is closing the support request. I had a good conversation with another supporter where i felt like someone listen to me... But then next and last answer wasnt by this supporter, it was Polan with a robot answer and closing the ticket. It looks like he is protecting memeslasher.

    Tera soon has 10 years anniversary. The community had fun and sad times over all this years. We had many Community Managers but now enough is enough. The communication from gameforge to your costumers, to YOUR community is in the worst situation since the release. We have a support team, what dont support, f.e. Polan, he has no clue about the game, he protecting cheaters, he closing support requests while we are in communication with other support employees. We have a community management team what just dont exist and when they show up in the forum, they random closing threads and give us robot answers. There is NO active communication by YOUR community managers with YOUR community.


    I dont really expect that your CM´s try now to communicate with us in this thread, i just expect that they will close it and warn or ban me again cause they allways try to silence. I dont offend anyone, its just an upset comment to your work that i saw over the past 10 years and especially since 1-2 years, since threaa toke over CM. We thought it cant be worse since (forgot the name but think it was Aureli) left and you took over. But congratulation, you did it. I dont want any new robot answers by you, i want that you and gameforge change something. Give us feedback, give us answeres, show us your communication with Krafton regarding bugs and exploits. Make it comprehensible for us. Even Krafton have a developers note to the community where they annouce on what they work and what they do.

    And threaa, if you dont want to communicate with us. Bring your boss here, i am sure he is not happy with the situation. If you close this thread also you will show us your and gameforges real intention. So i hope there is a small thing of honor left in your mind, cause this thread has no insults. It is a communication thread.


    The following text shows parts of a job description from Gameforge Homepage dated by today, the 13th of November and i will show, whats going wrong.


    Community Manager* German

    As an efficient Community Management team, we cover all our games when it comes to community topics, such as customer feedback, in game events and constantly checking the needs of our customers.


    - Your Community managers dont cover any game regarding community topics, you ignore costumer feedback, you silence complainment threads and your community managers are ghost. We dont get answers to our feedback, we dont get informative answers to support tickets, all we get are just in advance prepared copy and past robot answers.


    You ensure the exchange of information between the community and the internal product team and represent the mood, opinions and views of the players within the Community Management Team.


    - This sentence seems like a joke to me. Your community managers dont exchange any information or if, we dont get any feedback, we dont have any communication. If your CM´s would represent the mood, opinions and the views of the community to your product team, i wouldnt write this text. I can tell you how the mood in the community is... Its a powderkeg close before explosion. So i dont know why the product team or the bosses of your CM dont act or dont change anything when your CM´s tell you the mood of YOUR community. I dont think the CM or the bosses would be happy if they read all this upset posts by people in this forum.

    Your mission

    • You work closely with other Community Managers to develop and implement the community management strategy

    - Do you have any strategy to improve the communication? We dont see it. What we see is you randomly closing threads as soon as it doesnt fit in your concept.

    • You supervise and coordinate the volunteer teams and handle support request

    - There is no handeling in support requests, you dont bann cheaters, even worse you protect them like Polan does. Where are the vounteer teams? Volunteers are mostly out of the community itself. Do you get any feedback of them and if yes, why you dont change anything?

    • You are the contact person for writing newsletters and similar information texts

    - The translations of patchnews are incomplete and partially wrong

    • You are responsible for the community on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and forums

    - There is no communication except robot answers

    • You are responsible for the conception and implementation of competitions and events, both in-game and on the game's website

    - We have no competitions inside the game, events are all copy and past and even with outdated rewards

    Your skills

    • You have extensive online gaming experience or comparable professional experience as Community Manager

    - I cant see that your CM have experience with Tera or experience as CM´s. I am in my company also responsible for costumer service and it makes me cry how you guys work.

    • You enjoy sharing information with others and find it easy to explain things in detail

    - Your CM´s dont share information between product team and community

    • You know how to handle complex tasks without losing your cool

    - Your CM´s dont handle cool, they just close threads as soon as it doesnt fit to their opinion, same for support team.




    Now i post the main bugs of the topic threaa closed again, cause he/she didnt gave any feedback to them. We just became the in advance prepared robot answer to contact the (useless) support. Like anything will change if we do it. I, no WE, want an answer what is the state of the fix of these bugs, cause these bugs kill the game. If you communicate same bad with Krafton like you do with your community, i expect nothing, but i have still a little hope. What action did you started to fix this bugs. What are the answers of Krafton, what actions did they start to fix this?


    - memeslashers and cheaters dont get banned even after multiple uploads of videos and screenshots showed them cheating and memeslashing

    - gameforge incapacity to act in punishing scripters, cheaters and proxy users

    - CU is destroyed since weeks by memeslashers and YOU don even manage to bring 1 damn gameadmin online during CU to instand ban the memeslasher, even worse, your useless support tell us following when we report them even after clear evidences:

    - if you kick a player in shorehold, in 30% of cases the group matching dont start for a new player

    - if you kick a player in shorehold, in 50% of cases the player who took match in progress cant join the game

    - you dont see the message if you kill a player in shorehold

    - you see enemy debuffs, his HP bar turns purple so you cant clearly tell them apart from your own team

    - kickvotes displays a different player you voted for

    - Leader Scan in CS not showing ppl on the map

    - Rating points are random (3 pts victory/67 pts loss), there are ppl with 0 rating in the leaderbord

    - UI Score tab bugged

    - equal gear is totally broken, everyone oneshots everyone

    YOUR community is close before explosion and you just random close a thread were the ppl show you, YOU, what YOU and gameforge doing wrong and you, YOU, do exactly the same again and stop any communication by closing the thread? Can you tell me how you become community manager when you ignore threads and random close threads you dont like? Is that a joke? Can i talk to your boss? Who is the one i have to write if i want to complain about you and your team? Polan?

    Can we get new CM?

    We have raised this topic internally and we would like to draw your attention to the above mentioned details when submitting a report, and we hope for your further cooperation on the topic.

    Man, it's over. If you cant help us as a CM, go to your Boss, atmorph or who else the guy is who is kidding us. Anyone who is the next higher person in the food chain. Tell him, the community is a powderkeg and close before explosion. Bring this person here in this topic and let us talk to him or this game will die soon, cause gameforge and Krafton dont have any idea what this community want. If you cant bring our concerns and problems with the right pressure to those guys, we will do it.

    Hello, as we said many times before, please report such cases in our support team with all the needed evidence and information so they can investigate it and act accordingly - not in public.

    Did you have even read what i postet on the screenshot with Polans answer? It's useless to write your support, it even seems like that it is useless to talk with you. Your support dont do anything, your support dont know anything about this game. You dont know anything about this game.


    Polan dont do anything, he even aborts and closes support requests when you are talking to another supporter. He is totally useless. It even seems like he protects all cheaters.

    You could write the support tickets to a monkey, he would more care about this than Polan.

    TL;DR Gameforge CANNOT create their own original patches for the game, and cannot rebalance it as they see fit. they have to follow the steps of KTera. Events are a different story.

    Gameforge reduced pvp dmg of valkyrie after massive complainments out of the community after valkyrie release.


    Now community complained massive again and they dont give a shit.


    Regarding Polan.... This guy is protecting cheaters. I had a good conversation with Cassandra in support but then, suddenly Polan answered and gave his standard robot answer and closed the ticket. This guy is part of the problem.

    From a technical standpoint, you can make it look like they're cheating with your own cheats. Other players can use proxy to make YOU look like a cheater on their screen even though you didn't do anything wrong. In Polans message he basically states this, and says that they will check their own logs, because that's the information that they can 100% trust. Compare it to sending a screenshot of someone using offensive language but you photoshopped the text on there. The only way they can verify your claims is by checking their own chat logs.

    And since CU takes place on a Sunday, putting a game admin (with enough rights to ban ppl) is probably not possible.

    Not defending anyone or trying to minimize the situation, but this part makes sense. Though they do clearly seem to struggle understanding the logs and game mechanics to get evidence to ban people.

    Even if you are right, why is this player still not banned?

    How much does it costs to put a game admin online from homeoffice into a game in germany? 80€ hourly rate in the week, additional 50% sunday reward means, that the poor poor poor guy who have to log in and work for 1 hour on sunday will cost additional 40€ at the end of the month gross and get 1 hour extra to his overtime account. In case they have overtime fee aggreement he will get 120€ gross. So you want to tell us it is not possible for an IT company to pay 120€ extra at the end of the month and make hundreds of players happy by just doing their job?

    Gameforge can't not install patches from developer.

    Sorry that is something i cant believe. When you find bugs, which make your game unplayable and will make your community extremely upset, destroying your income and the feedback, you cant tell me that you are forced to install the patches. This is european right and no company have to install damaged patches. Gameforge just didnt test their patches. I mean look at the 64bit patch. Testserver was online 1 week, after this week they instand update the game to 64. How you wanna fix bugs in this short time. They working in europe, no they working in germany and have many certific*tes. (lol this Word is censored,what irony) I would say they even are DIN certified, like every good company in germany is. This means, that they have a quality management and this management would stop this patches if they would find such bugs.


    Regarding ban memeslashers. They cant ban ppl by Screenshots and movies where it's clearly visible that these guys cheat??? Is that a joke? Eeeeeven if it is like this. The same 3 ppl who are memeslashing are reported now over few weeks and nothing happen. I already told this in my opening post... Why gameforge dont send a gameadmin spectating CU to see this? I mean the memeslashers got reported by doozen of ppl and gameforge do nothing. Dont tell me it's hard for Gameforge to log in their own game on sunday for like 30min. They just dont care.


    And again, not a single reply of a community manager yet in this or any other feedback / bugreport thread. I dont know why they call them CM when even the description text on their homepage tells, what they have to do. They didnt even carry out one single point of her own description.

    You finally made it, with all your bad actions, you killed the game. TBA destroyed any hope of playing a well developed, community based game in the future. I dont know how the PvE situation is, but the following bugs of PvP will show you how you failed to manage a game. Even shorehold is dead now, it poped in the past at least every evening but the untested patches you apply from the idiots of kafton to your server totally destroyed the game. Even worse. You dont do anything to fix it. YOU allready gave up the game and just milk the sad rest of the playerbase.

    Gameforge, you completly failed to manage this game. Even if Krafton or BH give u all this shit patches, you dont have to upgrade a healthy game to a bugged game. You just copy and past, you dont manage, you dont communicate.

    It is a shame that the new mode is causing all these discussions. Although maybe this will contribute to the introduction of some changes that could improve the current situation with PvP in TERA.

    Are u kidding us? The Tera PVP community is posting suggestion since years, which would improve the situation about pvp right now, but gameforge and the devs just dont give a shit on us and ignoring us since this game is released. They just need to look in this forum about all the suggestions they could change right now and pvp would be back alife. But then they gave us TBA what includes everything we never wanted. What should we think now? Do this nerds life in their own universe? This TBA is just a huge waste of ressources. Even worse since this patch, even in tera vanilla are so many more bugs. And gameforge? They dont give a shit. Leaderboards are still bugged, since 4 weeks now, kickbug inside BG since almost a year, kills dont get displayed since 3 weeks, enemy HP bar displays debuffs since 3 weeks and i could continue this list much more. Nothing happens.


    I mean even on the TBA introducement stream you saw in the face of this both gameforge nerds, that they know, TBA is totally shit and they have the impossible task to sell us this TBA as cool.

    You can duel every day whereever you want. From 2013 to 2018 duel was the only thing i did becide some BG. I did hundreds of duels every day. Atm i just duel like 20 times a day, do some pve and BG.

    We happy to introduce you a new PVP content. New PVP arena - shore hold. It is soooo much fun to play SH. All you need to win in this PVP arena, is killing BAMs and fight on pyrs. It soooo fun, sooooo exiting, sooooo PVP

    To be honest, SH is way more pvp then fraywind ever was.

    You complained about bams? Fraywind had them as well.


    Yeah, FW in vm1 was okay, but how was fraywind actually. Premade teams or synq que teams raped random teams. If you had the bad luck to be in the random team you know right before match starts you will lose and get raped. Even if you tried you were fighting 1 vs 10 cause rest of your team was somewhere or dead. After 5min winning team was camping spawn point of losing team.


    And how is SH? You complain the same way ppl destroyed FW. You complain about caps. FW was destroyed by change gain of points to kill based and not cap based. So BH destroyed FW by make it pure gear and power carried game. So you removed the intelligence of players in an intelligence based combat system.

    Now some "pvp" players complain about shore capgame cause their intelligence is to low to win against less skilled players.

    Shore is 7v7 so the unique skill and intelligence of each one does matter. You cant hide in the mass of FW. You can even carry a game when you fighting 1 v 3. You have more small fights like 3v3 or 4v3 and skilled ppl with high intelligence can way more carry then on FW. 80% of the matches you cant say at start which shore team will win. You can even lose when you have 30 to 10 kills just cause your team is stupid.

    Ofc ppl complain about shore cause it's way closer to pure pvp and way more intelligence based.

    All this so called pvp ppl never wanted pure pvp or intelligence, thats why everyone of them focused on alliance or now CU but dont do any battlegrounds. Not today and not in the past. CU on mystel has like 300 players and you know how we struggle to make shore pop every evening?
